I scheduled appointments for all of my clients for next week so I didnt get to visit any of
my clients this week. Instead, I followed Kristina to do some unannounced visits for her clients.
The first client we attempted to visit was a G7P2 mother who recently had a baby. The purpose
of the visit was to perform a postpartum assessment on the mother and an infant assessment on
the baby. There were multiple addresses so we planned to visit them both. The first address we
attempted was the house of the mother of the client. She informed us that the client had gone into
a sober living facility geared towards mothers with young infants with her newborn infant. She
informed us that the client and her baby stayed at her house before she went to sober living and
will come back once she is finished with the program. The environment was a single story house
