This article analyzes how collective efficacy beliefs mediate the relationship between teacher stress and burnout. It discusses a study that examined the mediating role of teachers' collective efficacy beliefs on the relationship between teacher stress and burnout. The findings suggest that collective efficacy beliefs are significant in reducing the impact of stress and improving coping resources, which in turn helps reduce teacher burnout.
