It is our pleasure to offer you employment with Antares Solutions, Inc. This letter is intended to outline
some key aspects of your employment with Antares.
We offer you the position of Analyst Programmer working in our Information Technology Department
with a starting date on or about July 27, 2009. You will be paid a bi-weekly rate of AUD. 2,423.07 (AUD.
63,000 per year) that is paid by direct deposit into your bank account. This offer is contingent upon
successful completion of a pre-employment drug text and background check.
You will be eligible to receive employee benefits normally provided to regular, full-time employees.
Eligibility, participation and benefits in the Company's medical and other insurance plans are governed
by the terms of each respective plan, which the Company may change or terminate at any time. Please be
advised that it is a condition of employment to participate in our group health plan unless you can
provide adequate proof of other group insurance coverage. Participation in all other benefits plans is
optional.
Because this letter is intended only as an outline of some of the important aspects of your employment
with Antares solutions, it does not form an employment contract. As is our policy, employment with the
Company is on an at-will basis only, meaning that the Company may terminate employment at any time
and for any reason, with or without notice. Similarly, the terms and conditions of employment may also
change.
We would appreciate it if you would sign and return this letter on or prior to July 27, 2009 to indicate
that you are accepting employment with us. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have
