Growth clearly shown between first and second observation especially in terms of choice of developmentally appropriate activity for the students and incorporation of movement activities to facilitate
transition.

Additional area for focus for improvement centers around classroom management and use of different strategies to encourage on task behaviors.
Important to ensure that objectives in lesson plan are measureable and specific.
