The instructions below assume that you have previously set up a signature for your Lotus Notes email.
1. Once youve successfully created your Lotus Notes signature, open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Create a new email.
3. On the ribbon, find Signature, and select the arrow for Signatures.
4. Select New and give it a meaningful name and then click OK.
5. Open Lotus Notes, create a new email (which should contain your new signature) and copy this:
6. In Microsoft Outlook, re-open the Signature dialog box, choose the signature you created in Step
4 above, then paste your signature from Lotus Notes.
7. Select whether you want this signature to appear on new messages and replies/ forwards and click
Save, then OK.
