Immigration can be a huge issue in the United States and everywhere else.
Immigration can be caused by a vast amount of things, such as loss of home
because crop is destroyed, having a bad natural disaster destroying everything.
No matter what reasons migration is a huge issue and sometimes a solution.
Immigration Begins
Poor countries are very unfortunate and they depend on the rich countries
to survive. Poor countries produce coffee, natural gas, petroleum, gold, uranium
and many more useful resources. The problem in poor countries is they sell their
products for less than what they are worth. The rich countries, which buy the
products from the poor countries, sell the products that they get for a lot more
than what they bought them for. The poor countries sell each coffee bag for
about 5 cents to 15 cents. The United States sells one 16oz cup of coffee for
$7.00! Poor countries want to make more for their natural resources. They also
want more freedom and a better life. Therefore, they migrate to rich countries
like the United States, China, India, and Japan, The United Kingdom, Germany and
many other countries.
No matter what reason people have to migrate they usually dont migrate
just for the heck of it. The main reason why they migrate is because they lose
everything. They lose their job, house, land, and their self-respect. Causing them
to live on the streets in their country. It
doesnt matter if its safe or not. They
have no choice. IF they have children,
the parents or guardian will do whatever
he/she can do to feed and keep their
child safe. They migrate because they
had recently lost their job and they can
no longer keep up with the house payments. All in all, people have the right to
move if they so desire. We should not tell them they cannot come because of
how they look and how they live.
The life of an illegal immigrant is hard, they come to our countires to get a
better life but some come to live a life of fear. When immigrants come to our
country illegally they often come in families. The children of those families are
often small. Those children dont normally know they are immigrants and their
futures are often affected greatly. Immigrants
normally have low paying jobs and are often
abused by their employers and fear them. While
in their new home immigrants have to have a
place to live. Often live with a family until other
options. Illegal immigrants often are people who
no one sees. They live in secret and try to draw
little to no attention to themselves. The life of an
illegal immigrant is a life of fear and stress.
Immigration can help America, as well as harm it. Our warm hearts yearn to
help those in need, but the
state of this country is not
one to help these people.
Millions here in the U.S.A are
already homeless, in poverty
and near death, so why
would you lend a helping
hand to struggling
immigrants when your
people are dying at that very
hand? Of course every year,
more and more immigrants
cross over to America
illegally. This means not
paying needed taxes, living off at America, and not reimbursing it. When you
catch them, we have to put them in prison, cloth and feed them, and where does
this money come from? American Taxes! A simple solution could be to make it
easier to help them come over legally or maybe even get in shape, then help the
foreign strugglers to a better life. Immigrants can bring forth a lot of America. Its
up to us to change now, when or even whether or not to help them.
