Dear Customer,

A maintenance activity has been scheduled for the Customer control panel infrast
ructure on the 24th of March 2014. The exact details of the maintenance are as f
ollows:
Date: Monday, 24th March 2014.
Timing : 09:00 AM - 09.30 AM IST
(03:30 AM - 04.00 AM GMT)
Maintenance window : 30 minutes
Affected services: Customer control panel, Bigrock website, order addition and m
anagement, helpdesk
Reason: We are undertaking this maintenance to perform certain developmental upg
rades on the Control panel server. Although we have accounted for a 30 minutes d
owntime window, we anticipate minimal service downtime as the upgrade for each s
erver would only take a few minutes. Thus, if you are logged out of an ongoing s
ession , in between the above mentioned time frame, you may try re-logging in wi
thin 4-5 minutes.
Impact on your website : This maintenance will in no way affect your websites, d
omains, mail services or any other active web product that you may have bought f
rom us.
Impact on Support : The support helpdesk will not work during the maintenance pe
riod. Since this impacts the ability to create tickets, you can call us during t
he downtime window and we shall assist you.
