This years event will be held Saturday, August 23rd at the Seneca Golf
Course (Rated 6th best in KY) in Louisville, KY
Check-in/registration begins at 12:30 PM EST, with shotgun start
promptly at 1:30 PM EST.
The cost for this event is $55 per person. This price includes 18 holes of
golf, riding cart, snack and prizes. The driving range will be free and
available at 12 PM.

This tournament exists to raise money for student scholarships to

Florida College, a private school with a Biblical foundation,
located in Temple Terrace, FL. We respectfully ask that all
participants in our tournament keep language free from cursing and
profanity, and abide by our prohibition on tobacco and alcohol use
during play and at lunch.

Cost $220 per Team ($55 per person)
Mulligans will be available the day of the scramble.
If you do not have a team, please enter as an individual and we will attempt to put you on a team.
If you do not know your handicap, please enter the average of your last four 18 hole scores or the average of
scores for 2014. We will calculate your handicap.
Form must be completed and returned with payment by Saturday August 9, 2014
