Gonvarri Steel Services acquires the industrial Colombian company Industrias Ceno.

Madrid. June 9, 2014 - Gonvarri Steel Services, leader in the steel service centers sector, has acquired the Colombian
company CENO

The Colombian company was founded in 1955 and has a strong presence in the Colombian metal structures market. Also
it exports its products to countries in the Latin America and the Caribbean. CENO bases its strategy on the metal
structures sector with a wide range of products and customer solutions.

CENO has 58 years of experience in the design, manufacture and installation of all types of metal structures designed to
meet the need of the commercial, electrical, telecommunications, oil, cement, farming and construction sectors.

The Colombian company has 4 headquarters in the main Colombian cities: Medellin, Bogota, Barranquilla and Cali, as well
as two production facilities in Medellin and Barranquilla, employing 500 people.
