Once upon a time, there was a beauliful princess Dewi Galuh and Chandra Kirana from
the kingdom Daha.
One day, rincess Chandra Kirana met prince !nu Kahuripan from the kingdom of
Kahuripan and they lo"ed each other. !nu Kertapati wanted propose to rincess Chandra Kirana.
rince Kertamarta supported Chandra Kirana and then Chandra Kirana engaged with !nu
Kertapati.
#ut, Dewi Galuh felt $ealous with Chandra Kirana. %he didn&t en$oy the news because
she wanted to become the wife of the prince. #ecause of that, Dewi Galuh went to an e"il 'itch
and asked the 'itch to put a spell on rincess Chandra Kirana. ("il 'itch agree with her
re)uest. rincess Chandra Kirana turned into a Golden %nail and she cashed out of it in the ri"er.
One day, an old lady from the "illage of Dadapan was fishing in ri"er with net and she
saw beautiful snail got caught on net. %he went home )uickly, and she placed the golden snail in
a pot.
*he day after, the old lady went to ri"er, she was fishing but she had no luck that day, she
went home with empty hand and a rumbling stomach. 'hen she came home she was surprised to
find her table was full with delicious food.
*he following day, when she came back from ri"er, she saw smoke out from her house.
*he old lady went behind her kitchen 'hat is going on in my house+ she asked and there she
saw golden snail became beautiful lady and she was cooking in her kitchen. who is she+ asked
told lady to herself. ,nd then rincess Chandra Kirana told her story about how she turned into a
golden snail. *he old lady was sad to hear the princess&story. *he old lady prayed -Oh, my God,
please listen to my pray, take the curse off the princess.
.eanwhile, rince !nu Kertapati didn&t stay when he hears the news of the missing of
rincess Chandra Kirana.
Day by day rince !nu Kertapati searched rincess Chandra Kirana in all "illage. ,nd
finally he came to the "illage of Dadapan. *he ince found rincess Chandra Kirana. *hey were
"ery happy. *he went to Kahuripan Kingdom and got married.
