MASALAH YANG KERAP / BIASA TERJADI PADA PROSES PRESS/FUSE INTERLINING
FINDING ISSUE REGARDING FUSING INTERLINING PROCESS

1. KEKUNINGAN / YELLOWISH
Interlining atau kain berubah warna menjadi kekuning-kuningan.
The colour of interlining of fabric change into yellowish

Penyebab / Cause
Seting temperature / suhu mesin fuse/press terlalu tinggi dan setting time / kecepatan
mesin fuse/press terlalu lama.
Temperature setting of fusing machine are too hight and time setting of velocity fusing
machine are too long

2. STRIKE THROUGH / TEMBUS
Bahan perekat / lem menembus ke luar permukaan kain.
Adhesive / Glue throught out the surface of fabric

Penyebab / Cause
Dot (titik-titik) lem dari interlining terlalu besar untuk diaplikasikan / di gunakan pada kain
yang tipis.
Dot of adhesive / glue from interlining are too big to applicate / used to thin fabric

3. DELIMINATING
Interlining tidak menempel dengan baik / mudah terlepas pada kain.
Interlining can not stick well / easy loose from fabric
Penyebab Cause
Suhu mesin fuse / press, kecepatan mesin, pressure / tekanan mesin fuse / press tidak
sesuai dengan rekomendasi.
Temperature, velocity, pressure of fusing machine are not match to the recommendation

4. GLUE MARK / SISA LEM
Sisa butiran lem dari interlining menempel pada kain.
Residue of bead glue from interlining stick on the pabric

Penyebab / Cause
Belt mesin dalam keadaan tidak bersih / terdapat sisa-sisa lem dari interlining yang melekat
pada belt mesin sehingga menempel pada kain sewaktu proses fuse.
Belt machine actually unclean / found the residue of adhesive from interlining which is
adhere on belt machine so it may cause adhere to fabric during fusing process.
