Terms and Conditions

Rates are applied from 1 October 2009.
Rates are quoted in Rupiahs, including 10% VAT and valid as specified in the price list.
Rates are applied for Normal Seasson, not applied in High Seasson Period
Rates are subject to change with or without prior notice.
Unless it is specifically stated, rates are valid and commencing from Jakarta only.
The Passengers named here on is insured by PT. AK. Jasa Raharja
Rates are valid for daytime traveling only. An extra/spare driver will be provided for traveling by night; and for this, an
overnight drive surcharge of Rp. 100,000.- per night will be levied. 
All rates are included gasoline and driver's expenses.
Not included in the rates: toll road fees, parking fees, entrance fees to tourism objects, ferry tickets, and driver's + driver
helper's tips.
Reservation is considered as Confirmed after we receive a deposit of 50% from the total charter price.

Payment in full must be settled within 3 (three) days prior the day of utilization, it can be done either by
cash/transfer/check/giro. Yellow Wish is entitled to ensure that the transfer/check/giro can be withdrawn at least 1 (one)
day before the utilizat

A 25% cancellation charge from the total charter price (no discount) will be levied to renter who gives cancellation
notice after a confirmation is given.
A 50% cancellation charge from the total charter price (no discount) will be levied to renter who cancels their confirmed
reservation less than 3 (three) days prior utilization-day
A 100% cancellation charge from the total charter price (no discount) will be levied to renter who cancels their confirmed
reservation on the utilization-day.
All cancellation is based on the total amount of rent fee (without discount).
Written cancellation is the only valid notice accepted by Yelow Wish-JKT.
