Instructional objective is a statement that illustrates what students would be able to do after hearing the instructions (WRITING INSTRUCTIONAL OBJECTIVES ). To write instructional objectives you must think first about these elements; audience, behavior, conditions, and degree (WRITING INSTRUCTIONAL OBJECTIVES ). In other words, for whom the lesson objectives are written, the observed behavior that the learner can show in the class, factors that could affect the way of teachers performance, and the level of achievement which the teacher could achieve. The components that will lead my students to success are all of the previous elements of writing instructional objective, because all of them are important to concede, and every one of it completes the other. Dont you think the same? Throw the centurys teachers look for the best teaching methods for their students. The key to have the best strategy is to have full student engagement. To do so, classroom climate should be relaxed, warm, and supportive (Kyriacou, 2007). It is important for the student to feel comfortable in the class to perform the best. It is also important to have successful teaching strategies to make the class successful. To do that, the teacher should observe the students reactions, and to write some notes about it. For example, in my teaching practice I used to have group working strategy. Vygotsky emphasized the interaction between children to make the learning more effective (Vialle, Lysaght , & Verenikina , 2008). With group working students can interact with each other to make the learning more effective. Moreover, I used to give the students a blank paper and colors to draw what theyve learned today. Drawing is one of the most activities my students liked, because when it is the time for drawing, they all seem to be very enthusiastic about the activity. In addition, drawing expresses the students creativity, and by connecting creativity with learning, students learning process becomes deeper (Bruce, 2011). In this way of enthusiasm I can say that drawing in groups is the best teaching strategy Ive used. Is it the same for you?
