Dear Madam,


I am writing to you this letter to request a change of unit in Arista Place Paranaque. This
request of change unit is due to the wrong knowledge of unit placement. As explained
by my agent, I thought I was paying for unit facing the amenities. The unit I am paying
for is 618-Palmaris, and it turned out that this unit is facing the foul smelling creek and
an actual slum area. I bought the said unit with a parking which is 24-Palmaris. All
mentioned unit and parking is continually being paid until this very day.

I am requesting to change to an available condominium unit in the ALPHA Building
facing the amenities, nearest to the elevator. With this, I am also requesting to
change my parking from PALMARIS to ALPHA Building too.

I am hoping that the price list that you will give to me with this change, will be the same
price list dated last November 2013 when I purchased the unit in Palmaris.

I am hoping for your kindest consideration to approve my request.

I am looking forward to move in Arista Place Paranaque very soon.
