LETTER OF COMPLAINT

1. You have placed an on line order of Jeans from” Lee” company and had sent
a demand draft in favour of Manager Marketing , Lee Jeans, Bandra, Bombay
but have neither received the jeans nor any acknowledgement for the same.
Write your letter of complaint.
2. You are Manmohan Sing, the President of Residents’ Welfare Society. Your
locality is experiencing frequent and unscheduled electric supply cuts.
Consequently the residents are reeling under scorching heat. Many times you
have complained to the area S.D.O of the electricity board but no avail. Now

4. Due to poor maintenance of the existing system of water supply, the people of
your city have been hit hard. The water supply even during the peak hours

to use the hand pumps and are thus exposed to all water-borne diseases. Write

bearing No. ____ with guarantee of two years for any defect during the period.
As the transaction falls within the period, you are requested to send your engineer
either to set its right or to replace its immediately so that we can avoid any kind of
inconvenience. Hoping for prompt and excellent service from your side.

instruct some other dealer to undertake the repair.
