Objective: the protection of child domestic servant who being abused owners.
esign: The victim wor!ed as a domestic servant. The victim often got beaten if
the wor! is not according to the wishes of her owner in "ovember# $ %&'%. The
victim ran awa( from home and was helped b( local residents then handed over
to the police station# then ta!en to the unit ))A )olice metroja(a Central *a!arta.

iscussion: violence e-perienced b( domestic wor!ers b( owners can be in
several forms which violence against domestic wor!ers can caused several
factors and various e.ects then the legal protection of victims of domestic
violence against children is su/cient along with the issuance of 0aw Act "o. %$
of %&&1 on the 2limination of omestic 3iolence# the protection of victims of
domestic violence against children is not onl( obtained from the authorities but
can also be obtained from the civil societ( organi4ations
Conclusion: the protection of child domestic servants are ,uite 5rml( regulated in
0aw "umber %$ of %&&1 on the elimination of domestic violence. 6n
implementation# it can be concluded that the protection of the law against
domestic child actuall( implemented in accordance with e-isting law# the record
of an( form of violence committed b( the emplo(er reported to the authorities so
that the rights of victims are met.
