Intentions are great however retooling of the assessment tool is needed to capture the
real intention.

To determine and assess their level of compliance to the Code and other laws,
especially in the identified service areas through the BGPMS scoring
and rating system;

To improve the quality of policies and programs based on the problems
identified and defined per service area.

assess the efficiency of the process and the quality of public services
that LGUs render

Furnish one (1) copy of SBGR to the respective DILG

1 to DILG Provincial Office;
Maintain BGPMS Monitoring
Form 1 and SBGR; and
Create, when necessary, a
secretariat that will assist in the
accomplishment of Monitoring
Form 1.
The Provincial Government
May provide technical and logistical support to their component
barangays.

Ensure the smooth implementation of BGPMS, and Extend logistical
support when necessary
