SUPPORTING POLICY
Basic policy of relationship with employee pursuant to the 20102011 Joint Work Regulation that has been signed by the
management of Indonesia Power and Indonesia Power's
Employee Association and registered to the Ministry of Manpower
and Transmigration on January 19, 2010. In addition, the Code of
Conduct is the basis for ethics and behavior of employees either
with the internal or external party in accordance with the values
and corporate culture as expected. Human resource management
policy and guidelines of Indonesia Power is a reference and
strategic direction of the Company's Long Term Plan (CLTP)
2011-2016.

Customer Service
Indonesia Power conducts various efforts to meet customer
expectations; one of them is conducted through the
implementation of customer satisfaction survey. Measurement of
customer satisfaction is an important aspect to determine the
level of service that has been given as well as get feedback to
develop a system of responsive service provision to customer
needs. Indicators used in the measurement of the survey include
the realization of the KOK, generation reliability, report accuracy
(accuracy and time), SWGPM attitudes (Smile, Welcome, Greet,
Polite, and Manner), response speed and competence of
employees.

1. Kerjasama BUMN
Dalam rangka menunjang kelancaran usaha, Indonesia Power
telah melakukan kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak
diantaranya adalah kerjasama pasokan bahan bakar dengan
Pertamina, PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk dan PT PGN (Persero)
Tbk, serta kerjasama program pengembangan masyarakat
dengan PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM).
1. SOE's Cooperation
In order to support the smooth business, Indonesia Power has
conducted cooperation with various parties including the
fuel supply partnership with Pertamina, PT Bukit Asam
(Persero) Tbk and PT PGN (Persero) Tbk, as well as cooperation
of community development program with PT Permodalan
Nasional Madani (PNM).
3. International Cooperation
Cooperation with foreign party is conducted by the
benchmark to ASEAN countries in the Forum of Head of Power
Utilities and Authorities Association (HAPUA).
