Dear Hon. Secretary and Director General:
This is regarding our separate letters dated 17 J une 2014 requesting for your guidance on these specific queries: 1. Are there MODERN NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING METHODS that have any primary, secondary or tertiary effect as an abortifacient?
2. Are there specific kinds and brands of PILLS that do not have any primary, secondary or tertiary effect as an abortifacient?
3. Are there specific kinds and brands of INTRA-UTERINE-DEVICES (IUD) that do not have any primary, secondary or tertiary effect as an abortifacient?
to which your legal counsel1 replied to as follows: We refer to your letter dated June 17, 2014 addressed to our client the Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) requesting for guidance on several matters.
