Timelines for Goals and

Goal 1: I will grow in my
professionalism by incorporating a
new teaching technique to close the
achievement gap every month. For
example, these techniques can be

Formative Matters, etc.

Goal 2: I will be able to differentiate
instruction more effectively in
order to help each student reach
their highest potential.

Goal 3: I will use more integrated
lesson plans in my students
education. Therefore, my students
will make connections between
different subjects.
