    INSTALL ECONOMIZER:
    Before installment:
    Boiler is working with 75%
    efficiency,
    •Temp of make-up water= 20 0C
    •Temp of flue gas =280 0C
    •Existing system total cost=7.66
    lakhs

    After installment:
    • temp of feed water= 85.8 0C
    • Investment= 4,55,000 rs
    •Savings/yr = 3.105 lakhs
    •Pay back = 1.4649 years
