    For qualifying a 6G welder for welding column's of size-16"STD of P1 & G1

    material whats the dimemsions required for a test piece of same P1 & G1 material
    accordance to ASMEIX.
    Ans:
    U can use range 2 7/8inch to unlimited for size 16inch, u also must to calculate
    thickness of material because in ASME IX, range qualified thickness is 2t.

    If we are using SMAW process, What is the right electrode for dissimilar
    material between Carbon Steel to Low Allow Steel? Explain,please
    Example : SA 106 Gr B to SA 335 Gr P22
