Besides that, the next responsibility as a teacher or lecturer is that the lecturer needs to

develop initiative, problem solving and decision-making characteristics in their student mind. A
lecturer or teacher should be able to develop initiative, creativity and judgement behaviour in
learning and research activities by applying appropriate approaches. They must also encourage the
student to develop their own ideas and methods on solving the problem that cover both theoretical
and technical example the lecturer need to monitor all the student during lab session and make sure
they understand what is the connection between the theory and the practical in every lab session.
All this responsibility can be done by applying and following the modules and assessment methods.
The lecturer could also create activities that allow the student to collaborate with other colleagues
on implementing the technical assessment. The lecturer should interact more with other lecturer
from other colleagues regarding the activity that suitable to in developing initiative, problem solving
and decision-making characteristics.
