    1. Punjab Edusat Society had been imparting operational training to the staff
    deployed on the Edusat network in the schools. With the pessage of time, the staff in
    question goes on changing besides new techniques are evolved for the smooth running of
    the equipment.

    2. It has therefore, been decided to conduct regular training programme of the


    incumbents deployed on the Edusat network and also maintain a data of all such people
    trained/ proposed to be trained.

    3. You are, therefore, requested to supply particulars of School Edusat Coordinator,


    Assistant Coordinator and one computer teacher of the schools with Edusat facility under
    your control in the following performa by 22th May 2009 positively so that a schedule for
    conducting training programme is prepared and intimated to you.
