Board of Directors Application Form

The Fireside at Norterra Community Association is now accepting applications from individuals
with an interest in serving on the Board of Directors. The Board currently meets once per month
or as needed to make decisions on behalf of the community. Qualifications are as follow:

An interest in serving your community.
A commitment to uphold the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) of the
Fireside at Norterra Community Association.
An ability to listen, research and make informed decisions.
A time commitment to prepare and attend Board meetings, committee meetings and
other Association activities as may be necessary.
Be a Fireside at Norterra property owner in good standing.

If you are interested in serving on the Board please submit the following information with a
short biography of your qualifications and why you wish to serve on the Board.
