Completed application forms to be submitted to the Private Health Sector Department, Health
Professional Customer Service Desk at the Health Authority Head office building in Abu Dhabi from
7:30 A.M – 2:30 P.M only.

Only completed applications with all required documents will be accepted.

Payment of the examination fees will apply only to those applicants who meet the criteria and have
been selected to take the written exams.
