HTF Bolt Tensioners

Bolt tensioning is now the preferred method of tightening

bolts on all critical applications and the HTF range of
tooling provides the optimum solution to bolt tensioning
problems.
The tool consists of only two parts, a threaded load cell,
and a bridge with integral nut socket. It is simple,
compact, light in weight, and is supplied complete and
ready to use.
The HTF series is a proven design in use on bolting
applications throughout the world.

Ram stroke is 8mm (0.315 in) for HTF0 to HTF7 and

is 10mm (0.39 in) for HTF8 to HTF11.
The fast simple safe and accurate method of
tightening bolts and studs.
Fixed thread design gives compact economical easy to
handle tooling.
Maximum tool operating pressure -1170 bar (17,000 psi).
Minimum stud protrusion is 2 x bolt dia above the
tool seating face.
