Experiment settings
- Volume of PBS (10X): 1 L
Step 1
Prepare.5 L PBS stock (10X) by adding:
40 g NaCl
1 g KCl
7.2 g Na
2
HPO
4
1.2 g KH
2
PO4
Step 2
Dissolve in 400 ml dH
2
O and adjust the pH to 7.4
Step 3
Add dH
2
O until a total volume of .5 L and autoclave
Step 4
Prepare 1 L 1X PBS buffer from 10X PBS stock as follows:
Step 5
Dilute 100 ml of the 10X PBS stock buffer in a total volume of 1 L dH
2
O.
