1.0 Introduction

1.1 Purpose
To avoid the ambulance and other emergency vehicles
waiting in trafc. Automatically clearing the track of the vehicle
from trafc blocks and signals. The focus of this scenario is not
to design a cost friendly system. Instead, it is on as useful it
could get to save the life of people. Build the system as if you are
going to help a nation. No half baked superfcial system. System
is easily operable and understanding the system helps people.
1.2 Scope
Scope of this project is very broad in terms of other manually
clearing trafc:
To provide a system to the users which can reduce the
risk of life of the person in the vehicle by identifying the vehicle
on road through Sound Recognition,Image Recognition,System
Functioning.

License plates on passenger cars may include information about the county of
the oner!s residence" the oner!s occupation" e#piration codes related to $ehicle
registration" go$ernment department codes" and special codes for officials and certain
groups li%e disabled dri$ers. Commercial $ehicles li%e buses and truc%s usually ha$e
plates of a different color and ith different codes than those for passenger $ehicles&
their license plates are also changed more fre'uently.
