    SUSPENSION OF SERVICES OF AMB DVR

    1. This Polyclinic is not holding an Ambulance.

    2. It is recommended that the services of Amb Dvr may be suspended till the time an Amb is
    recd by this Polyclinic. It requested that suitable orders may pl be issued M/s Sunrise Consultant
    Service.
