Hours have been estimated to be maximum hours necessary for the job (Two 12 hour days). You will be charged for actual hours worked, up to 24 hours.

Pursuant to, and subject to, the terms and conditions of the SmartGridCity™ Project Master Services and Supply Agreement (the “Agreement”) executed as of the 7th day of October, 2008 and the Statement of Work
effective as of the 1st day of June, 2009, by and between CURRENT Technologies, LLC and Xcel Energy Services Inc, Xcel hereby requests CURRENT to perform the Services herein.

Payment Terms: Correct invoices for undisputed amounts shall be due and payable thirty (30) days after the date of actual receipt of CURRENT's invoice. Payments shall be made in United States dollars.

Cancellation Policy: CURRENT will be reimbursed for any reasonably incurred expenses, including reasonably incurred out-of-pocket costs, subject to CURRENT providing documentation showing the purpose, amount,
and other information of such expenses or costs as reasonably requested by Customer
