Recommendations:

Group System
o In the group system, we divided the participants into four groups and
assigned colors to each group. Those in the same colored group will
be working together in activities and games all throughout the
training session so as to make it more organized.

Point System
o Since the group system has been implemented for purposes of
organization, the same groups now will be encouraged to participate
in the sessions wherein they will be competing with one another in
the various activities that will be laid out for them. The group with the
highest tally of points at the end of the training seminar will get the
grand prize and all the other groups will get consolation prizes.

Conduct a Training Needs Analysis
o In the TNA, we recommend that the facilitators survey information
which could help them better prepare for the seminar such as what
kinds of childrens rights issues they are interested in or what
particular topics would they want to be discussed.

Use the Appropriate Medium of Communication
o If the target audience is more comfortable in the local dialect, conduct
the training in the dialect and print the examples in such. Moreover, if
certain words are hard to translate into Filipino, use simple English
words instead. The use of Conversational Filipino or Tagalog is
preferred.
