SUSTAINABLE UNMANNED ARIAL VEHICLE SYSTEMS
AUTONOMOUS ROBOTIC SOLUTIONS FOR B2B APPLICATIONS
Modern businesses need unmanned
aerial vehicles (UAVs). Without them,
global activity (how goods and services
are produced and delivered
worldwide) is limited by available
technologies. Countless economic
sectors are looking to adopt measures
that improve service and reduce costs
and risks and they require an off-the-
shelf solution.
THE COMPANY & CONCEPT
Founded in 2009, Neva Aerospace,
was created to address this
demand. Firstly, Nevas UAV
technology offers clients the
possibility of turnkey solutions
based on autonomous, low-
emission aerial robots capable of
carrying 50kg to 5000kg payloads.
Secondly, our systems are designed
to perform precise tasks and
services and capable of vertical
take-off and landing (VTOL) as well
as horizontal flight. This stability
allows for interventions in both
congested urban environments as
well as remote or dangerous
locations, under a range of
potentially adverse flight or
ecological conditions. Our
proprietary coding and IT
architecture we are SAP certified
permits clients to seamlessly
integrate Neva UAVs into their
operations.
THE TEAM
Our engineering team includes a
seasoned electrical engineer who
has spent 40 years in the defence
sector; the head of an aerospace
tech company with 30 years of
experience in nuclear physics,
optics, and lasers; a lead industrial
designer from a global engineering
firm; a programmer who developed
smartphone solutions for Samsung
and Nokia as well as for other drone
projects; and a technology architect
with experience in both military and
commercial concept development.
Our executive team count includes an
experienced corporate executive who
has overseen the launch of numerous
businesses, serves as chairman and
advisor to numerous boards, and sits
on the UK parliamentary group on
energy; a fortune 500 company
principle who launched the groups
climate division in France, a serial
entrepreneur who has IPOed
numerous American and British
companies, and an established
telecom CEO who is also the space
association director for an EU country.
Brining this teams extensive technical
and business expertise together with
our demonstrated technology, Neva
will deliver stably, reliable, versatile,
efficient, and low-maintenance UAVs
to a glaring market gap.
THE ROUTE TO MARKET
Ultimately, our turnkey designs are
positioned to take over the
performance of numerous key
activities from expensive and less than
reliable alternatives such as existing
UAV models (that have limited B2B
application), helicopters, and small
planes. Neva will deliver our patented
UAV solutions to a wide portfolio of
clients across numerous key sectors:
e.g. construction, oil & gas,
agribusiness, logistics, civil and cross-
border security, industrial and
hazardous site maintenance and
monitoring, and humanitarian
operations.
THE STAKES
Major corporate brands have thrown
their hats in the ring in hope of
reaching a ready-for-market UAV
solution to address the evident
market supply gap. However, we have
yet to discover a technology provider
offering a heavy UAV capable of
carrying heavy payloads while reliably
performing precise interventions in
potentially adverse conditions.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Neva Aerospace is pre-revenue and
seeking bridging finance to deliver
and demonstrate two prototype UAVs
that are already in advanced stages of
development to support these efforts,
we are offering investors the
opportunity to acquire Class A shares
at a fair price in exchange for their
providing a seed-bridge.
Funding these demos will permit Neva
to build the momentum it needs to
leverage its proven technologies and
raise the working capital needed to
bring our UAV solutions to market.
We look to raise a 500,000 GBP capital
bridge to cover the two prototype
demonstration and our operating
costs through to the first open
placement later this year. Moreover,
we emphasize our goal of building
strong relationships with core
stakeholders in order to strengthen
Nevas position.

NEVA TECHNOLOGY
Todays world demands a lot of
technology. Leaps forward in
computing, telecommunication,
data storage, and logistical
coordination allow individuals to
work together in ways that were
inconceivable even 25 years ago.

However, information technology
can only go so far. At some point,
physical machines and facilities must
deliver the increased demands
engendered by this interconnectivity
and moreover, deliver them from
increasing global and remote
locations. Individual workers abilities
and safety are often stretched to
their limits as we all struggle to keep
up with this global digital economy.
As such, the industries are suddenly
connected by these modern
advances are now faced with limits
that cannot be overcome with
traditional solutions. Without the
right tools, the costs and risks will
become untenable.
NEVA Aerospace proposes a unique
solution that which fills many
technological gaps facing industries.
Our patented technology is and ready
for development and commercial-
scale production.

PATENTED AND READY FOR
COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
