What should students expect of you as a teacher?

i+portant that teachers understand that all students do not learn in the sa+e )ay' $herefore, you
+ust differentiate your lesson plans in order to +eet the needs of each student' ( -elie*e this to
-e i+portant -ecause students need to kno) that if they are struggling in class that their teacher
)ill go the e.tra +ile to get the+ -ack on track' /tudents can also e.pect a nurturing and
understanding teacher' ( genuinely care a-out all of +y students and they )ill feel it )hene*er
they )alk into the classroo+' (t is necessary to +ake e*ery student feel lo*ed and encouraged to
foster their lo*e for education'
What should parents expect of you as a teacher?
$he parents of +y students should e.pect constant co++unication fro+ +e' ( )ill al)ays
+ake sure that they are al)ays a)are of )hat is going on in the classroo+' (t is i+perati*e that
parents are 0ust as in*ol*ed in their childrens education as ( a+' By keeping the parents
infor+ed, the student )ill ha*e surrounded support and )ill -e a-le to get assistance at school
and at ho+e' $he parents can also e.pect honesty fro+ +e' (f their child is doing great, ( )ill let
the+ kno)' (f their child is struggling, ( )ill let the+ the+' (t is *ery i+portant to keep the lines
of co++unication open )ith parents so that )e can support the children together'
What do you expect of yourself as a teacher?
( try to set high e.pectations for +yself and stri*e to -e the -est teacher that ( can -e' (
e.pect +yself to al)ays keep current )ith 21st century skills and attend as +any teacher

What do you believe is the most important responsibility of being a teacher?

citi2ens' $eachers along )ith other professional )hich include, police officers and firefighters,
are held to a higher standard in the eyes of society' 3e ha*e a responsi-ility to re+ain respectful
