physical activity. You will complete these same fitness assessments at the end of each module
to help measure your progress in each fitness area. Describe the accomplishments you expect
to see in your fitness assessment results as you move through this course and its related
activities.



1. I was a little surprised in my fitness results. I tried my best and from my
point of view I did exceptional. I think I need to increase my mile run and
my upper body strength. I need to strive to do more push-ups. I will
definitely increase my times the second time.
2. In my first assessment I did exceptional from my point my view. The next
time my times will for sure be better. I plan to decrease my times by
increasing my upper body strength.
