Classroom Management Plan
I believe Classroom Management is a crucial component in any educational setting. I believe
that all students have the right to feel safe and included in the classroom. If students feel they are
in a safe environment, then learning can take place. My classroom philosophy is Education with
a sprinkle of fun. I am committed to challenging and engaging my students through the English
Language Arts curriculum.
In order for a classroom to be a learning environment, it must be a safe environment. To create a
safe learning environment, certain expectations must be established and boundaries must be set.
Students are responsible for their own actions in class and will be held responsible for
understanding how their behavior affects their learning, as well as how their behavior affects
their peers. I promise my students that I will protect their right to learn and enjoy school without
interference.
