Hello Everyone!

All students need gym shoes.

The Jog Log is being overhauled! I will make tracking
activities and managing the log even easier.
THEREFORE YOUR STUDENT DID NOT GET THEIR JOG LOG BACK.
The idea of this log is founded in practicing good habits, just as math facts and readers journals instill
scholarly habits, this will instill healthy habits.

The upcoming elementary feeder
cross-country meet is only a week
away.
This years Elementary Cross Country Feeder Meet will
be Saturday, September 13th at 1pm school time. 3rd
graders will race 3/4 mile, while 4th and 5th graders
will do the full mile out at the NPCC HS course. This is
a great experience for all 3
rd
, 4
th
, and 5
th
grade students.
If your child plans to compete, please help them train at
home this last week.

P.E. grades are remaining the same as in the past.
Grades have been removed from PowerSchool and will remain the same as previous years. I apologize
for any confusion that may have occurred from inputting grades into PowerSchool. Your student will
be graded on daily behavior, effort and progress throughout the year. The Jog Log will also have an
impact on your students final grades.
