96 Government Officials Signed a Contract Agreement to Fulfill

their Promise to Chungnam Residents

Chungnam province held a contract agreement signing ceremony on the fifth to
show the commitment of the government officials in fulfilling their promises to
the residents.

The signing ceremony was attended by 96 high ranking public official (over the
grade 4) together with the residents on Feb. 18

The contract will be monitored by the Governors office and by the assigned
committee. The Governor affirmed the agreements and the committee answered
questions and inquiries with regards to the selection of the 9 managers from the
3 divisions and their objectives.

It was also decided that the result of the quality assessment and job
performance assessment will reflect on a personnel report.

The Governor and the Chungnam residents will evaluate the quality of the
projects based on the customer satisfaction measurement.

The job performance evaluation will be done 3 times a year and the result will
be shown on the regular personnel report on July and January and on their
annual salary adjustment report on January.
