Rules and Regulations

The following rules for the use of the Association facilities have been adopted by the Membership of
the Regency Oaks Civic Association. Each member associate member rental member of the
Association is obligated to follow and enforce these regulations.
!. "efinitions
A. Member#Associate Member#Rental Member
$. All family members and#or no more than one unrelated adult residing in a
%ingle household or those individuals whose names appear on the deed
&rovided membership dues for said household are not in arrears.
a. All Members#Associate Members#Rental Members have the right to obtain
Tickets for paid social events for visiting family.

$. Are those persons who are visiting family or friends of member# rental member
)As defined in %ection !. A.$.* And do not reside in Regency Oaks %ubdivision. +imited
!n number and not on a year,round basis- These people have the option of becoming
Associate Members.
C. .on,Member
$. All those residing in Regency Oaks who do not pay their dues are non,members.
/. .on,Members may not use association facilities or attend functions in the Clubhouse
0ith the e1ception of special board sanctioned paid events and private party rentals.
3.. These rules also apply to younger children.
!!. 2ees for 3se of Association 2acilities
A. &ool and#or Tennis Courts
$. There will be a ROCA approved prevailing rate refundable deposit 2or keys issued to
member # associate member# rental member for the %wimming pool gate which will
also access the bathroom facilities and a ROCA approved prevailing rate charge for a
replacement key if key is lost. One key only will be issued per family membership.
/. All keys remain the property of the association and must be returned if Membership#
Associate Membership#Rental Membership is discontinued for any reason.
'. Clubhouse
$. All Renters shall make a security deposit 4 ROCA approved prevailing rate following
an inspection the security deposit is Refundable provided the facilities are clean and in
good order after use
A. Member#Associate Member #Rental Member rental will be 4 ROCA approved
prevailing rate plus ta1 and applicable surcharges for the first 5 6ours. E1tra hours per
hour will be 4 ROCA approved prevailing rate plus ta1
'. .on,member rental will be 4 ROCA approved prevailing rate plus ta1 and applicable
surcharges for the first four hours. E1tra hours per hour will be 4 ROCA approved
prevailing rate plus ta1.
C. 7anitorial setup and take down fee will be 4 ROCA approved prevailing rate both
members and non,members per rental.

'. Clubhouse ? )Continued*
$. ". All deposits must be paid in full upon signing rental contract and then

E. A member#associate member# rental member cannot rent the clubhouse
2or anyone who is not a member#associate member # rental member at

2. Rental for community service events non#not,for profit may be "iscounted at the
discretion of the 'oard.
/. Clubhouse is not available for rental 2riday nights with the e1ception of an
Occasional rental. This e1ception to be approved by the membership.
>. There will be no rental fee for the use of the ROCA clubhouse for social
Activities restricted to members#associate members# rental members only and
Activities that are deemed to be fund,raisers even though they admit non,members.
5. The 'oard of "irectors may lease or rent Clubhouse facilities on a one time
Or an on,going basis as deemed necessary by a maAority vote of the 'oard
Of "irectors.
C. &icnic Area
$. .o fee is charged for members#associate members# rental members or their

$. 0henever clubhouse is rented or reserved for use by a private party or special

5. Reservations will be reFuired for clubhouse rental.

Clubhouse premises.
=. Children will be able to attend evening social functions as long as their
&arent or guardian is in attendance. Certain functions may be restricted for
Adults only at the discretion of the chairperson and the committee.
8. The Clubhouse will be closed e1cept when the Clubhouse is
Rented or reserved by a private party or 'oard sanctioned special event.
C. Tennis Courts # 'asketball Courts
$. .o food or drink is allowed in the tennis # 'asketball court area.
/. %hoes approved for use on a tennis # 'asketball court M3%T be worn.
>. .o skate boards roller skates or bicycles will be permitted in the tennis

". &icnic Area
$. All grill fires must be e1tinguished.
/. All rubbish and trash must be removed and placed in outside dumpster.
E. Recreation Area
$. &arents and guardians are completely responsible for the actions of their
Children regardless of age. Misconduct on the part of a member#associate
Member #rental member or their guest will not be tolerated. The 'oard will send
A letter to parents#guardians E take appropriate action if misconduct Continues.
/. !n order to get to the recreation area those on roller blades must stay on the
Red portion of the tennis court.
>. 6elmets M3%T be worn if playing roller hockey.
5. .o bicycle riding will be permitted within the fenced areas.
:. .o food or drink in the recreation area ? only plastic bottles of water will be
&ermitted.

A. %ocial 2unctions
$. The initial sale of tickets to ROCA %ocial 2unctions is for Members#Associate
Members # Rental Members Only and is limited to a five ):* day period after which
Available tickets may be sold to all buyers.
