Land sources for Jatropha cultivation:

- Area managed by the people’s committee: 260 ha (don’t allot to farmer household)
- Total area can be converted into Jatropha cultivation: 400 ha (including land allotted to
households)
- Visitors made a field survey of 26-ha land piece (belongs to 260 ha said above) that
surrounds the national way No.8A conducting to Laos. The visitors gave this land-piece a
name “Jatropha road” (see the photos enclosed below).

Designated investor for Jatropha cultivation:

- Joint venture company (JVC) between SECOIN, HANHWA RESOURCES and SK

NETWORKS.
