200gm sour curd

200gm chholar daal besan


Ginger paste
Kancha lanka paste
Salt
Mix all together then till paste
Take a utensil, coat with white oil, when the water boils.. mix three packets of lemon flavor eno, mix and
then pour in the utensil.. and cover up.
In a kada add curry leaves, dry lanka, shorshe together in whit oil, phoron deoa.
Take the dhokla, cut in barfi shape and pour the dressing on it and squeeze lemon on it. Serve with imli
chatni.
