ci Software, LLC hereby grants you a license to use the SCORM Driver for trial a
nd non-commercial purposes for free, without charge.
Commercial use of the SCORM Driver requires a separate and different license fro
m Rustici Software.
Commercial use is defined as the distribution of shareable content objects (SCOs
) that use the SCORM Driver in exchange for compensation.
Restrictions: You can not nor allow others to:
1. Use the SCORM Driver for commercial purposes;
2. Re-distribute the SCORM Driver without authorization from Rustici Software
- The SCORM Driver can not be made available for others to download outs
ide the context of a SCO.
- The SCORM Driver can not be included in a tool or template which will
output / allow others to create SCOs that use the SCORM Driver; or
3. Modify or de-compile the source code to the SCORM Driver.
THE SCORM DRIVER IS PROVIDED BY RUSTICI SOFTWARE 'AS IS' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERC
HANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-NON-INFRINGEMENT, ALL OF W
HICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL RUSTICI SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
(INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS
OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY TH
EORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT ARISING IN ANY

You may not assign your license to use the SCORM Driver.
Rustici Software, LLC maintains all intellectual property rights in the SCORM Dr
iver and all modifications made to the SCORM Driver.
