Inpursuance to the recommendation received from HPSSSB Hamirpur vide
letter No: HPSSSBB(2)753/201312392 dated 20.8.2014 (amongst TET qualified candidates from
HPSSSB Hamirpur or H.P. Board of School Education Dharamshala Distt. Kangra) the following selected
candidatesareherebyofferedappointmentasTrainedGraduateTeacher(Medical)purelyoncontract
basisonthefixedsalaryofRs.13900/.Theappointeesaredirectedtoreportfordutyintherespective
school of their posting against clearcut vacancy, as shown against their name(s) with in 20 days from
the issuance of this communication subject to the acceptance and fulfillment of the following specific
terms and conditions in addition to the usual terms and conditions of appointment annexed as
AnnexureA.
1. Since the appointment is being offered purely on contract basis, the candidate will have to
execute a bond on judicial paper with the Principal/Headmaster of concerned school, where
he/she is posted that he/she has carefully gone through the conditions of the contract
appointment and the conditions imposed are acceptable to him/her. The joining report will be
acceptedonlyaftertheexecutionoftherequisitebondbetweentheHeadofinstitutionandthe
candidate.
2. The contract will be initially for one year and the candidate shall have to enter in to fresh
contractagreementwiththeheadofinstitutionaftercompletionofoneyear.Thecontractshall
beextendableonyeartoyearbasissubjecttosatisfactoryperformanceofthecandidate.
3. Itwillbethepersonalresponsibilityofthecandidate/individualtoinformthisdirectorateonthe
proforma enclosed duly counter signed by the concerned Principal/Headmaster of their school
thathe/shehasjoinedtheplaceofhisappointmentonorbeforescheduleperiodfailingwhich
thisoffershallstandwithdrawnwithoutanynotice.
4. Thattheage,educationalandprofessionalqualificationspossessedbythecandidateshallbeas
perthelatestR&PRulesforTGTsnotifiedon22.10.2009asamendedon31.05.2012.TheHead
of the school will ensure that the educational and professional qualifications possessed by the
candidateareasperlatestR&PRulesandisfromarecognizedUniversity/institution.Necessary
verification to this effect is to be made by the Head of the concerned school at the time of
joining of the candidate. Duly attested copies of certificates awarded to the candidates by the
recognizedUniversity/Boardbekeptintheofficeforrecord.
5. If the candidate has been offered posting in non SubCadre area temporarily he/she shall have
toserveinSubCadreareaasandwhenrequired/orderedbythedepartment.
6. The Head of the institution before accepting the joining of the candidate will ensure that
category certificate i.e. SC /ST (Himachali parental certificate) /OBC/WFF (must also be
Himachali)andcharactercertificate,IRDPcertificateareinorder.
7. The Head of the institution will also ensure that the candidate has given an undertaking
regardingcontentsofannexureAandBi.e.Iftheofferofcontractualappointmentisacceptabletothe
candidateshe/sheshallsubmitjoiningtotheconcernedheadoftheinstitutionunderintimationtothis
directoratewithin20days.Ifthejoiningisnotmadewithinprescribedperioditwillbedeemedthatthe
candidateisnotwillingtojoinandoffershallstandwithdrawnautomaticallywithoutanynotice.

AnnexureA
TERMSANDCONDITIONSofContractAppointment(TGT)
1. The concerned candidate will have to produce the medical fitness certificate from
theChiefMedicalOfficer/MedicalOfficeroftheIllaqa/areaconcernedatthetime
ofhis/herjoining.
2. The candidate concerned shall have to submit a declaration to the effect that if
married, he/she has only one spouse living. The woman candidate(s) will declare
thatshehasnotmarriedapersonhavingalivingwife.
3 The concerned candidate shall have to produce attested copies of his/her
academic/professionalqualification/domicile/dateofbirthetc.certificates
4 The concerned candidate shall have to produce a character certificate from
competentauthorityorGazettedOfficertowhomhe/sheisknownforthelastten
years
5 Theconcernedcandidateshallfurnishadeclarationtotheeffectthathe/sheisnot
adismissedemployeeofanyGovt./SemiGovt.Department/Organization.
6 Theappointmentmaybeterminatedatanytimebyamonthsnoticeoneitherside
withoutassigninganyreason.
7 Theconcernedcandidatewillhavetomakeanoathofallegiance/faithfulnesstothe

6. Unauthorized absence from the duty without the approval of the Controlling Officer shall
automaticallyleadtotheterminationofthecontract.AcontractualTrainedGraduateTeacher(Nameof
thepost)willnotbeentitledforcontractualamountfortheperiodofabsencefromduty.
7.Transferofanofficialappointedoncontractbasiswillnotbepermittedfromoneplacetoanotherin
anycase.
8.Selectedcandidatewill havetosubmita certificateofhis/herfitnessfroma Government/Registered
Medical Practitioners. In case of Woman candidates pregnant beyond twelve weeks will render her
temporarilyunfittilltheconfinementisover.Thewomancandidateshouldbereexaminedforfitness
fromanauthorizedMedicalOfficer/Practitioner.
9. ContractappointeewillbeentitledtoTA/DA,ifrequired,togoontourinconnectionwithhis/
herofficialdutiesatthesamerateasapplicabletoregularcounterpartofficial.
10 The Employees Group Insurance Scheme as well as EPF/GPF will not be applicable to contractual
