Credits will be added to the total score points on the final exam.
FINAL EXAM - Students can take the final exam after the summer semester. - There are two parts of the final exam: o Test o Identification
TEST Test is usually organized for all students in the amphitheaters of the Faculty of Medicine. You need to check the final examination timetable (on the notice board in front of the Department of Anatomy). Bring your booklet and show it to the teacher when entering the amphitheater. Bring also lead pencil, eraser and pen. Students are not permitted to have mobile phones during the examination. Duration of the test is 75 minutes. HOW TO FILL OUT THE ANSWER SHEET? You will get the form containing 50 multiple-choice test questions and the answer sheet. Answer sheet template is shown on the Picture 1.

Answer sheet contains five boxes with letters (A, B, C, D, E) next to each question number. Use lead pencil to make blackouts that fill the box completely like it is displayed on the Picture 2. If you make mistake, please make sure you erase the marking completely. Dont use correction liquid! If more the one box is filled in, your answer for that question will be invalid.

IDENTIFICATION Identification is usually organized the day after the test in the dissection rooms of the Department of Anatomy. Students have to bring their booklets, pen and white coats (wear it before you enter the examination room, please). Students have to recognize 50 anatomical structures that are marked with numbered needles on the cadaveric specimens. Specimens with 5 marked stuctures will be placed on the 10 numbered tables. You have 5 minutes for each table. The timer will beep and announce that the time is over you should go than to the table with the higher number (Picture 3). Duration of the identification: 50 minutes.

Write your answers on the answer sheet legibly, using block letters! It is necessary to identify particular stucture, not the whole organ or the part of the body. If you use Latin terminology you can use standard abbreviations: . for artery, v. for vein, n. for nerve, m. for muscle, art. for joint, gl. for gland, nc. for nucleus,...).
