The sequence of events according to an observer in the S' frame is as follows:

The right barn door closes at position 3.33 m and time –9 * 10-9 s. This is 9 * 10-9 seconds
before the center of the barn aligns with the center of the pole. At t = 0, the center of the
barn aligns with the center of the pole (both doors are open). Then, 9 * 10-9 seconds later,
the left barn door closes at position 3.33 m.

This resolves the apparent paradox because the events in S and S' occur at different times.
In S, the barn door closes occur at the same time. But in S', the barn door closings occur
at different times, because the pole is longer than the barn in S', the right door in S closes
before the right end of the pole ever reaches the door, and the left door after the left end
of the pole has passed. (See diagrams below.)
