1. Is the CEO or HR dedicated to acquiring and keeping up-to-date information
of work health and safety matters? If yes why?

2. Would the CEO or HR be willing to increase an understanding of the hazards
and risks connected with the nature of various operations?

3. Does the Woolworths Ltd. encompass the suitable resources and processes
to eradicate or minimise risk, if no why?

4. Regarding hazards and risks and responding in a timely manner, does the
business or undertaking/Woolworths have the appropriate processes for
receiving and considering information about incidents, if no why?

5. For complying with its duties and obligations, does Woolworths Ltd.
Implement the appropriate processes, if no why?

6. Of the organisations present WHS position, are you ready to participate in an
preliminary review? As well as, in subsequent WHS reviews?

7. Are you acquainted with the areas in this business that has higher incidences
of injuries? If so what are they? Are there injury trends (i.e. stress or
hazardous manual tasks)

8. In order for reported injuries statistics to decrease, what is Woolworths Ltd
prepared to do?

9. Would the CEO or HR consider holding an information seminar to teach
partakers of the importance of WHS?

10. Regarding the Human Rights Course, is Woolworths going to encourage
more participation in 2015, or just aim to have the same number of employees
attend the training?

11. If not already, is the company equipped to make it compulsory for ALL
employees to undertake WHS training when they start and throughout their
employment?

12. What is Woolworths Limited prepared to do in order to reduce the number of
work related injuries in men?
