Abstract
The Islamic Educational Significances for total quality concept public
education.
The scholars' and scientists' views differ and vary about the Islamic Educational
Significances for total quality concept in public Education. Some of them refer it tio
Americans, others refer it to Japenese etc. Such differences based on the adopted
philosophies, idedogies and slogans with forgetting that the Islamic Education has an
original roots indicates such concept. They also forgot that it is a divine education
from God, valid for every time and every place because it is from the Holy Quran and
the Speech of Prophet peace be upon hem.
The problem of the study is limited in the following main question:- What are
the Islamic Educational significances for total quality concept in public Education?
The following sub questions arise from the main question:1- What is the concept of total quality in public Education as stated in Islamic
Education?
2- What is the historical background of total quality as stated in Islamic Education
and Western Philosophy?
3- What are the henders that face the Islamic Education in acluieving the total
quality in Educational process?
4- How does Islamic Education achieve and carry out the total quality in
Educational process?
The researcher used analytical descriptive method and fundamental method to
answer the stated questions. The researcher will refere to the Holy Quran, the

Speech of Prophet peace be upon hem and to what written by others about the
total quality to conclude suggestions and recommendations.
