3. Kualitas zat warna
4. Tebal tipisnya sediaan
Hasil pewarnaan :
bakteri Gram positif : ungu
bakteri Gram negatif : merah

Gently stain with crystal violet
For 1-2 minutes
Gently stain wash off the stain
With tap water
Gently apply Grams iodine for 45
60 seconds
Counterstain with Safranin for 45
secons until 1 minutes
Gently wash off the Safranin with
