WORK EXPERIENCE

UTA NEWS, Arlington, TX
Producer, September 2014 present
Produced UTA Spotlight, a weekly five minute segment for the City of Arlington reviewing current events
at UTA.
Involved in pre- and post-production, including writing the script for the anchors, supervising the
videographer to ensure quality, editing video and completion of the package.

UTA RADIO, Arlington, TX
Advanced DJ, January 2014 present
Hosted The Pit, a weekly music show on college radio, with duties including production, air checks,
interviewing guests, board operations, reading liners and announcing.

THE SHORTHORN, Arlington, TX

Reported on and wrote more than 90 news and sports stories for publication, describing the background and
details of events.
Duties included covering breaking news, editing, writing, photography, videography, social media,
interviewing sources, collecting information, meeting deadlines and adhering to the publications style and

Conducted play-by-play coverage of more than 20 high school football games and wrote short game stories
