FADE IN:
A pastel background before opening credits, read by NARRATOR:
"I have sworn an oath on the altar of God. Eternal hostility
against every form of tyranny over the mind of man."
--Thomas Jefferson
If the American people ever allow private banks to control the
issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation,
the banks will deprive the people of all property until their
children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers
conquered... The issuing power should be taken from the banks
and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs.
--Thomas Jefferson in the debate over the Re-charter of the Bank
Bill (1809)
I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our
liberties than standing armies.
--Thomas Jefferson
History records that the money changers have used every form of
abuse, intrigue, deceit, and violent means possible to maintain
their control over governments by controlling money and its
issuance.
--James Madison
If congress has the right under the Constitution to issue paper
money, it was given them to use themselves, not to be delegated
to individuals or corporations.
--Andrew Jackson
The Government should create, issue, and circulate all the
currency and credits needed to satisfy the spending power of the
Government and the buying power of consumers. By the adoption of
these principles, the taxpayers will be saved immense sums of
interest. Money will cease to be master and become the servant
of humanity.
--Abraham

Lincoln

FADE TO BLACK:
Some words of the money-changers so many had warned all about:
Let me issue and control a nations money and I care not who
writes the laws.
--Mayer Amschel Rothschild, founder of the House of Rothschild.

The few who understand the system will either be so interested

in its profits or be so dependent upon its favours that there
will be no opposition from that class, while on the other hand,
the great body of people, mentally incapable of comprehending
the tremendous advantage that capital derives from the system,
will bear its burdens without complaint, and perhaps without
even suspecting that the system is inimical to their interests.
--The Rothschild brothers of London writing to associates in New
York, 1863.
FADE TO WHITE:
Despite warnings from the most lucid and gifted minds from the
beginnings of this nation, President Woodrow Wilson signed the
1913 Federal Reserve Act, which gave the issuance of currency
and its flow and effects over to the intentions and abuse of
private banking dynasties who so coveted this nation as their
greatest conquest. It soon became their greatest usury, or tax
farm, as only debt is created through the private issuance of a
currency, not credit or any real mode of value-based exchange
between humans.
FADE TO:
A few years later President Wilson wrote in personal memoirs:
I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country.
A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit.
Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation,
therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men.
We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most
completely controlled and dominated Governments in the civilized
world no longer a Government by free opinion, no longer a
Government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a
Government by the opinion and duress of a small group of
dominant men.
FADE TO:
Others knew of the true and long-term effects of this financial
coup of almost unrecognizable proportions. Industrialists such
as Henry Ford, Founder of the Ford Motor Company, reflected:
It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand
our banking and money system, for if they did, I believe there
would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.
FADE TO PASTEL:
As was the
Napoleonic
effects of
Bonaparte,

current state of manipulation in Europe under the

Wars, there was little misunderstanding of the
privately held systems of banking. For as Napoleon
Emperor of France, in 1815 himself said:

When a government is dependent upon bankers for money, they and

not the leaders of the government control the situation, since
the hand that gives is above the hand that takes... Money has no
motherland; financiers are without patriotism and without
decency; their sole object is gain.
FADE TO GOLD:
...The modern theory of the perpetuation of debt has drenched
the earth with blood, and crushed its inhabitants under burdens
ever accumulating.
--Thomas Jefferson
Such has been the history of the most unholy trinity shepherding
the consciousness of mankind for thousands of years: the
Pharisees - the fictions of authority which herds Divine
humanity through the threat and use of violence, and the
creation and enforcement of opinions known as laws; the
Sadducees - the creators, writers of religions, and artful
perverters of Cosmic Law or Divine Providence; and the Magi - a
class within all three aspects of the unholy trinity - these are
the casters of spells through the spelled and spoken word - who
create perceptions and bond you to their realities. They all
serve mammon, or money, as mammon serves them - that which
causes the currents of human consciousness to flow as wished.
Nothing in perception is what it appears to be. Deception is the
way of this world.
EXT. OPEN FIELD - LAFEYETTE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI - DAY
A thunderstorm rages as a majestic Live Oak close to a bucolic
country home is seen weathering a torrent of rain, gusting winds
over the lawns and fields. A bolt of lightning strikes causing a
large upper branch to fracture and strip to the ground.
SLOW FADE TO

THEODORE NAPOLEON LEFLEUR, early forties, of resolute presence,
humble, direct, stands at the foot of a freshly tilled grave.
Out of focus and behind stands a WOMAN (HALEY PARKER), late
thirties, dressed in black and veiled, face obscured.
THEODORE
(softly, tearing)
You were a good man...
Theodore turns his head to the left, someone else is speaking to
him O.S. Slightly smiling he responds--

Rapid courtroom images pass as voices and sounds clatter before
order is established.
Theodore is seen preparing at the defense table, alone.
CUT TO:
EXT. THEODORES HOME - LAFEYETTE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI FLASHBACK
The LeFleur family home. Theodore has renovated which sits on
forty acres of lawn, pasture, and timber. WILLIAM BOND (Billy),
late-sixties, bank officer, corpulent, walks up to the front
door of Theodores home and knocks, somewhat arrogant and
apprehensive, Trustees Deed in hand. A car is seen in the
background, a BANK OFFICER in the passenger seat. No answer.
Knocks again. Footsteps are heard, Theodore opens the door.
BILLY BOND
(holding up Deed)
Mr. LeFleur, I have here a Trustees
Deed from our foreclosure on this
property. The property now belongs to
the Commercial/Rural and Professionals
Bank, and you no longer have any
ownership interest whatsoever. I want
you to vacate immediately. Do you
understand Mr. LeFleur?
Behind Bond can be seen the sheared branch still attached to the
Live Oak.
THEODORE
What the hell are you talking about?
What foreclosure? Ive havent received
any notice. Keep your bullshit, its
paid for and you know it. Now kindly
get the hell off of my property.
BILLY BOND
Are you threatening me?
THEODORE
I dont threaten. I follow through on
all I say.

BILLY BOND
(backing up)
Hey, hey-THEODORE
(smiling)
Oh, I just need to oil her up. Get lost
Bond.
Slams the door.
INT. CAR - CONTINUOUS
Billy gets in, takes a deep breath.
BANK OFFICER
Not as easy as you thought it would be?
Huh?
BILLY BOND
Up yours.
(mumbling)
Aint done yet.
Bond picks up his cell phone, speed dials-BILLY BOND (CONTD)
Judge, get that goddamn eviction order
ready, and put it in the hands of
Marbury by two PM.
(beat; listening)
Uh huh... Dont worry about your damn
problems, I got enough fucking problems
of my own.
INT. COURTROOM - CONTINUOUS
As people mill about, and file into the courtroom, the TWELVE

EXT. THEODORES HOME - LAFEYETTE COUNTY - DAY - FLASHBACK
Theodore is outside with a chain saw in hand, hes been trimming
the lightning damaged part from the tree. A Lafayette County
Sheriff's car is seen at a distance pulling onto his drive.
WIDE - left stands Theodore, right Lafayette County Deputy CECIL
MARBURY, heavy-set, mid-40s, a friend since childhood to
Theodore. Remaining by the opened passenger door of the cruiser
is Lafayette County Sheriff OTHA LAVELLE.
CECIL
Hey Theo.
THEODORE
Cecil. Doing alright?
CECIL
Yeah man, cant complain.
(long beat)
Well-THEODORE
Well what Cecil? You and your boys just
do what you feel you have to do.
CECIL
Man, you know I dont want no goddamn
part of this-THEODORE

cruiser, with DEPUTY GARRITY at the wheel, begins pulling up the
driveway.
THEODORE
Please listen to me, look,
you and the Sheriff have no
legal right to be on my land.
That shit in your hand is
fraudulent, and you are
aiding and abetting in that
fraud!
(frustrating beat)
Cecil, I can hold you
personally and fully
responsible for anything that
happens to my home and land!
Listen to what I am saying!
Secure that weapon, I am no
more a threat to you than
your own mother!

CECIL
Awww fuck Theo! Dont make me
have to do this, damn, you
ought to know better, this,
this aint no court, and I
aint no fucking judge, and
my wife will be pissed as all

(to his deputies)
Stay the fuck back!

Shit! Theo, get, get your
fuckin hands behind your
head on the...

They are at arms length by the end of the exchange. Theodore

pulls quickly inside from past training, controlling the weapon
and Cecils dominance.
A quick set of moves rapidly becomes a static struggle - SLOW
MOTION - the gun discharges wounding Cecils left foot, he falls
hard to his back, Theodore is almost in line between Sheriff
Lavelle and Cecil. As Cecil frees himself from Theodores grip a
second round discharges - Sheriff Lavelle falls back, dead
before hitting the ground with a shot through the neck.
CECIL (CONTD)
Goddamnit! SON-OF-A-BITCH! Awwwwww FUCK
Theo, you stu-pid son-of-a-bitch!
Deputy Garrity rushes toward Theodore with his weapon drawn.

INT. COURTROOM - CONTINUOUS
Court comes to order at approximately 9:00 AM on a Monday. The
Bailiff is seen standing by the judges chambers door, fiddling
with the gold fringe on the one American flag.
BAILIFF
All rise. Hear yea, hear yea, hear yea,
The Honorable Winston Jefferson Parker,
Third District Circuit Judge of
Lafayette County.
The courtroom comes to order. WINSTON JEFFERSON PARKER, earlyseventies, African-American, a man of noticeable appearance and
demeanor, emerges from his chambers, approaches the bench and is
seated.
WINSTON
That was one of the most entertaining
jury selections Ive had the
displeasure to observe. Things are
running late enough, are we ready?
BAILIFF
Yes, your honor.
WINSTON
Read the charges.
BAILIFF
The Grand Jury of Lafayette County
returned an indictment against Theodore
Napoleon LeFleur for One Count Felony
Murder of a Law Enforcement Officer,
Sheriff Otha Lavelle, on the first day
of April, 2014; and a Second Count of
Attempted Murder of a Law Officer,
against Deputy Cecil Marbury while in
the possession of a concealed weapon.
WINSTON
Mr. LeFleur how do you plead to these
charges as stated, guilty or not
guilty?
THEODORE
I make no pleading, because I am
innocent of all charges, as the charges
are fraudulent. And as a true Sovereign
I was protecting my property of which I
have legal title.

CONTINUED:

WINSTON
Well, since you wont enter a plea The
Court will enter a pleading for you of not guilty. And while on the
subject, why havent you got a defense
attorney?
THEODORE
My attorney insisted on a plea bargain,
so I fired him. My experience has been
a good defense attorney will take my
money and lie. Both to the court and to
me.
(beat)
Your Honor, I thought Judge Fulbright
was supposed to hear this case?
SAMANTHA
Hes been recused from the case, your
Honor, due to external conflicts
dealing with another-WINSTON
(determined)
Judge Fulbright is on another case.
(beat)
We will proceed on this case.
SAMANTHA
I have no objection your Honor.
THEODORE
As long as its in Equity I have no
problem.
TIGHT - Winstons expression of surprise at Theodores
recognition of that status.
WINSTON
(guarded, interested)
We will proceed.
(to Bailiff)
Swear Mr. LeFleur in will you?
Theodore walks to the witness stand and the Bailiff approaches
with the Bible. In a surprise, Theodore takes the Bible from the
hands of the Bailiff, leafs through it for five or more seconds,
and says-THEODORE
This wont do.
Reactions of the Jury, Gallery, and all are seen.

WINSTON
Whats wrong with that, Mr. LeFleur? It
is a Bible, isnt it?
THEODORE
This is not the authorized version,
your Honor.
CLOSE - Expression of juror number 2 is seen, BRANDON MAYNARD,
late fifties, Baptist Minister, Bible conservative.
Winston pushes a version atop his bench toward the Bailiff to
give to Theodore.
WINSTON
Will this one do?
Bailiff takes and presents it, Theodore again equally peruses-THEODORE
(intent, humble)
Thank you sir. We are equal before G-d.
Winston gives a reserved, agreeing nod. The Jury appears
confused yet interested along with Gallery. Winston stares at
Bailiff.
WINSTON
(respectful, in position)
Then we can continue, but before we do,
Woody, can you please remove the United
States flag from the courtroom? Thank
you.
Winston stands, stretches, then removes his black robe, folds it
and drapes it on the bench next to the official Bible, then
slides the Bible to the right side of the bench-INSERT - CLOSE: Four Freemasonry pins on an inside lapel.
[WRITERS NOTE: Determine most revealing combination to
support.] Reactions of the Jury and Gallery again are seen.
WINSTON (CONTD)

You may start your questioning Ms.
Watt.

Mr. LeFleur, youve been charged with
some very serious crimes, felony murder
of Sheriff Otha Lavelle, and Attempted
Murder of Deputy Cecil Marbury-THEODORE
(beat)
Are you serious?
SAMANTHA
Yes. It is serious. Very serious.
THEODORE
Cecils injury was a self-inflicted
wound and it was him who killed Sheriff
Lavelle.
SAMANTHA
Now how is that so?
THEODORE
Was it my gun?
SAMANTHA
No. But you attacked Deputy Sheriff
Marbury.
THEODORE
He had a drawn weapon. And I have the
right to protect myself and my property
from trespassers.
SAMANTHA
You were charged with having a
concealed weapon, werent you?
THEODORE
Would you like to show the court that
concealed weapon? Its in your Evidence
List as States Exhibit number three.
SAMANTHA
Yes, it is...
THEODORE
Will you please show it to the court?
She fumbles about in some file boxes, and has it brought
forward. The Jury is shown.

THEODORE (CONTD)
Are you calling that a concealed
weapon? A chain saw file? I was
sharpening the chain of my chain saw
when the Sheriff arrived. How could it
be concealed if it was in my hand?
Laughter in the Gallery and Jury box.
SAMANTHA
Lets move on. We have a court order
for your eviction and removal from the
property-THEODORE
Undoubtedly this was done ex-parte and
I had no notice of this action. The
court order is illegal. No one had any
grounds to have me evicted from my
property. I owe no one any money. It
has been paid in full. And as a true
Sovereign I have the right to protect
my property.
SAMANTHA
Mr. LeFleur, what do you mean as a
true Sovereign you have the right to
protect your property? What is a true
Sovereign?
THEODORE
As I have patent rights to my name,
with a recorded Power of Attorney,
naming me the Attorney-In-Fact for
myself, which means I am living, I am
in Equity and I have the Equitable
ownership in my property.
SAMANTHA
We have a sworn affidavit by the
Commercial/Rural And Professionals
Bank, from the CFO Mr. William Bond,
that this property was foreclosed on
because you were in arrears and not
making payments on your property.
THEODORE
The property was paid for in full.
SAMANTHA
By what means?
THEODORE
It was paid in full by the proper
negotiable instrument.

SAMANTHA
Did you pay by cash transfer or check?
THEODORE
(emphatically, polite)
By negotiable instrument. Do you know
what that is?
SAMANTHA
Was that by cash or check?
THEODORE
Please look up in UCC, Articles three,
and four.
SAMANTHA
What is UCC Mr. LeFleur?
THEODORE
(intently)
Uniform Commercial Code. You, the code
of commerce? Uniform. Commercial. Code.
You are an attorney, arent you, Ms.
Watt? Dont you know what the Uniform
Commercial Code is?
SAMANTHA
Can you explain to the court, Mr.
LeFleur, how you made the payment in
full?
THEODORE
Its very simple, I filled out the
statement as a negotiable bill, and
returned it to the bank for payment.
SAMANTHA
We have no record of that.
THEODORE
I suggest you check the bank records
again. It has been discharged. In full.
SAMANTHA
What bank was it drawn on?
THEODORE
The United States Treasury.
SAMANTHA
(goading)
Oh, so now you are some sort of secret
operative, I imagine. A Sovereign
secret agent at that... Mr. La Fleur?
And how much was it for?

THEODORE
For the balance of three-hundred eightyseven thousand, forty-nine dollars,
seventy-seven cents.
SAMANTHA
Yes, as if youd have that kind of
money?
WINSTON
Ms. Watt, please keep your opinions to
yourself, and only deal with the facts,
is that understood?
She concedes with a nod.
SAMANTHA
Mr. LeFleur, have you used your,
negotiable instruments, elsewhere?
THEODORE
Of course I have. I used it in Canada
to pay off my Visa card.
SAMANTHA
And for what amount?
THEODORE
A little over twenty-eight thousand
dollars.
Samantha is for a moment stymied, she has no precedent to base
within her body of knowledge.
SAMANTHA
(sardonically)
Mr. LeFluer, I put to you, that this is
one big story you have concocted to
deceive this court and divert attention
from yourself.
WINSTON
Remember Ms. Watt, as you have been
previously warned, the court does not
want to hear your opinion - just the
facts.
THEODORE
Ive made this statement before, it has
been paid... from the U.S. Treasury-Winstons deciphered Samanthas direction, cuts her off before
she can do any more damage to herself. Scan Jury Member faces.

this afternoon.
SAMANTHA
Thank you, your Honor.
THEODORE
Woody, would you please take the jury
to the jury room. See that lunch is
ordered. This court is adjourned until
one-thirty this afternoon.
BAILIFF
All rise!
Winston gathers his robe and Bible, and retires resolutely to
his chambers. Samantha appears relieved.
INT. COURTROOM - LATER
Afternoon rituals observed, the court has resumed. Theodore is
still on the stand.
WINSTON
Hope everyone had a good lunch, and
some time to themselves. Shall we, Ms.
Watt?
SAMANTHA
Mr. LeFleur, can you please explain for
the edification of the jury members
what paperwork you generated concerning
this... UCC negotiable instrument?
THEODORE
UCC Codes, United States Law, and
International Law concern the transfer
of money and is upheld by international
treaty. A negotiable instrument to
discharge my liability with the bank,
which the Commercial/Rural And
Professionals Bank has not honored, has
been presented to the bank, but the
bank has obviously dishonored this
instrument, and is liable for penalties
under the law. Mr. William Bond, of the
bank should know of this banking law,
because he is the Chief Financial
Officer.

SAMANTHA

stating that your document is

THEODORE
If he knows his business, and sent it
to the U.S. Treasury, hed realize its
a negotiable instrument. But I have no
idea where he sent it, but I personally
delivered it to Mr. Bond.
SAMANTHA
Well Mr. LeFleur, where does this
imaginary money come from?
THEODORE
(haggard, annoyed)
It comes from my Cestui Que Vie Trust.
Held and jointly administered by the
U.S. Treasury and others.
CLOSE - Jury Foreman, HENRY PECK, Juror Number 12, earlyfifties, pharmacist, is seen confirming with a gentle nod and
intense gaze.
Samantha has nowhere to paint him other than in a corner of her
own incredulity.
SAMANTHA
Pardon, does this have something to do
with French law now?
(in her best French)
Monsieur Theodore Napoleon LeFleur?
THEODORE
Its not French, its English Law,
since 1666, and its used around the
world. It is a, special type, of Trust.
SAMANTHA
Do you have one of these so-called
Trusts?
THEODORE
Yes Ms. Watt, everyone has one.

questioning. Furthermore, Ill deal

Yes. It is.

Nonsense? This is not nonsense, any
more than the agreed to fact that you

Who exactly would that be, Mr. LeFleur?
THEODORE

SAMANTHA
And what is that Ambassadors matter?
THEODORE
Im not at liberty to say. Thats

SAMANTHA
Why is it private?
THEODORE
Its classified, information.

Yes I think I can do that your Honor.

INT. JURY ROOM - LATER

In the sparsely decorated jury room is seen a gold-fringed flag

What in hell is a UCC?
HENRY
Ive heard about this stuff. The Cestui

Judy takes particular notice while stirring coffee.
FRED

HENRY
Oh, Id be scared if I came across him
with that in his hand. Petrified. When
are they going to let us out of this
jail, Im hungry, how about yall?
JUSTIN COLEMAN, late forties, Cattle Foreman, Juror Number 10-JUSTIN

Cestui Que Vie? How do you say that?
Hard enough. English. I just dont see
what that has to do with murder?
HENRY
Not entirely sure with it has to do
with either but if that trust thingy is
what I think it is, its been around a
long time and its also been called the
Global Trust, the St. Germaine Trust,
the Divine Trust, Alpha-Omega Trust,
crazy things like SwissIndo, OPPT, and
some other names I cant even say. Its
hard to pin down. Ive read a great
deal about the idea, dont really
understand what it all means. Hard to
find good information on it. Not
impossible. Of course everyone assumes
all of the information in the world is
available at a keyboard, and that what
they find is true. Most. But not the
most important things.

defendant?
CECIL
Well. Ahh, he had a lethal weapon in

saw but still had a file in his hand...
he was intimidating me. I had imminent
fear that he was going cause me bodily

Cecil re-dons his socks and boots, trouble due to corpulence,

William comes forth dressed like a tourist in the tropics - loud
floral shirt, loose-fitting shorts, long dark socks, dark

Winston gestures to the Bailiff to his bench and gives him his
very special Bible.

in commerce and business and then I
went to work for the bank and worked my
way up. Over the years.
THEODORE
Is there any special training to become
a Chief Financial Officer in a bank?
BILLY BOND
I was a product of in-house training.
THEODORE
Did you glean experience or expertise
from the activities of the big banks
like Chase or Wells Fargo?
BILLY BOND
No.
THEODORE
So your experience is limited to the
bank you have worked for the past few
decades?
BILLY BOND
Yes. I go to a lot of banking
functions...
THEODORE
So you know about international law and
treaties, and the such?
BILLY BOND
Mainly U.S. Law. With regard to
banking, of course.
THEODORE
Okay, fair enough. So does then the
Bills of Exchange Act, say, enacted in
Canada, apply to the U.S.?

BILLY BOND
Theyre American laws... why would I

THEODORE
Well, Billy, can you explain to your
bosses why not?
Bond falls into silence.
THEODORE (CONTD)
In your affidavit you claimed my
negotiable instrument, often called a
bill of exchange, was a fraud and you
trashed it...

BILLY BOND
I have never seen that term used in our

THEODORE
Thats right, Billy, thats in the
Canadian Bills of Exchange Act. It must
be on the document or it is void.
BILLY BOND

international agreements that the U.S.

THEODORE
Gordon, the deception is so vast, so
incalculable to the minds of those so
under the spell of their masters. If I
took someone, and asked them, what if
there was an ongoing fraud against
humanity of such vast proportions that
it took many brilliant minds decades to
clearly decipher to this present day?
Would you listen to what I had to say?
Or, is this fraud so extensive that the
nature of it would be lost in the
ignorance, cloudiness, and
defensiveness this fraud creates and
fosters to perpetuate itself? Would it
be heard in the everyday chaos? The
elite and artful employ this camouflage
- controlled simplicity against vague
complexity - more pyramids within
pyramids.

outside the courthouse on North Lamar Boulevard. People file
past and inside.
INT. COURTHOUSE, BREAK AREA - DAY
Woody is seated at a table, Winston dips in to get some coffee.
A television runs another report on the bombing.
WOODY
You should see the news report. Theyve
identified the victim of that car
bombing.
WINSTON
I saw something about that this
morning.
WOODY
Yeah, its some English Lord.
WINSTON
Lets pick this up later Woody, got to
get things going in a few...

INT. COURTROOM - LATER

Everyone is in their places, court is already in session.
Theodore is at his table, a vase of his wildflowers adorns the
table. Gallery is again full, more media evident.
Winston quickly glances up at the courtroom, and is oddly
transfixed by the vase of wildflowers-CUT TO:
EXT. PARKER FARMLAND - DAY - FLASHBACK
It is 1953. WINSTON, age 12, is seen in the distance walking
along a field-fence lined dirt road with fishing gear; bamboo
pole, cork bobbers, etc. To the right is a beautiful field of
wildflowers, to the left grass filling to the treeline.
Butterflies and dragonflies dodge about.
Tracking his walk muted sounds of voices engaged in a scuffle
are heard. Winston tosses his fishing rod over the fence into
the wildflowers, then scales over.
EXT. PARKER FARMLAND - CONTINUOUS
Winston crawls to the fence line further on through the
wildflowers. He emerges to the see his father surrounded by five
men as a sixth man, CHARLES WILLIAM (C. W.) BURNS, William
Bond's father, dismounts a horse brandishing a pistol. Winstons
father, PARKER, is the man surrounded by FOUR MEN.
C.W. BURNS
Told that negro motherfucker time and
time agin not to throw no more scrap,
no more shit and metal all on my
fuckin side of the cut. My side of the
line!
PARKER
My side! My side of the cut! I own to
where I put anything!
C.W. BURNS
Naw son, that aint the way it is-MAN 1
A good beatin ought to get it-C.W. BURNS
Beatin. Naw...
MAN 2

From the far side of the horse, C.W. Burns pulls a ring of sour
rope from a saddle bag, chewing tobacco spit on his chin.
C.W. BURNS
(angry, nervous)
Goddamned right Bobby! Aint got the
time either. No law against this shit.
The MAN 4 among them laughs. Winston's father tries to bolt and
is tackled and beaten by the four on foot.
EXT. - FENCELINE - CONTINUOUS
Winston hears his father screaming in mortal fear, muffled by
the assault. Hes frozen in terror.
RESUME - LYNCHING
As Winston's father is seen with hands tied behind his back,
gagged, feet tied, flat on his face - the tied collar bounces of
his back after thrown over an oak branch. One of the men settles
it snug around his father's neck, face mottled with blood,
sweat, bruises - and flowing tears.
TIGHT - HORN OF SADDLE; as C.W. Burns hands secure the rope.
RESUME - WINSTON
As Winston, in tears, flinches violently at the slap to the
horses hind quarter.
MAN 3
Yaaaaah!
(beat)
Whoa, girl!
Man 1 ties off the rope to a fence post as the others quickly
disburse. A swaying body from the waist down is seen, urine
stained, feces dripping down over the heel of one shoe. C.W.
Burns rides off.

SAMANTHA
Your Honor, could we have a short

the jury?
INT. WINSTONS CHAMBERS
Samantha has the pallor and demeanor of long nights and lost
time.
SAMANTHA
Sir, I have no fucking idea where this
is all going, let alone what the hell
is going on in what was what I thought
a pretty straightforward case. Now, I
do know why Im here. I think? I dont
know? I feel like I have been
torpedoed.
She takes a breath.
SAMANTHA (CONTD)
If youre going to allow Mr. LeFleur to
start his case on direct, then I want
to request that the court allow the
state to call additional witnesses at a
later time.
WINSTON
That sounds like an Equitable solution.
Now do you feel better?
INT. COURTROOM - RESUME
WINSTON
Call your witness Mr. LeFleur. Lets
get on with this.
SAMANTHA
(staring back, beat)
A case goes from criminal to Equity in
the switch of a Bible? How can that be?
(beat)
I dont know much about Equity to begin
with, but how can a case simply shift
from one status to another?

WINSTON
Its a little more than that, Ms. Watt.
SAMANTHA
Whatever, your Honor, never mind,

WINSTON
Theres more to this case than what was
first presented. Its obvious, Mr.
LeFleur is opening up more
possibilities than Ive ever seen open
up before in a case and I want to see
where it all takes us. Hes competent.
I cant fault him there.
(beat)
Mr. LeFleur call your first witness.
THEODORE
Id like to call Rex Parsons to the
stand.
Rex by his own steam rises from the Gallery and presents
himself, carrying a book. As the Bailiff engages him-BAILIFF
Do you swear-REX
No. I do not swear on the Bible. Let my
yes be yes and my no be no, so help me
G-d.
Winston nods to Rex.
THEODORE
Sir, can you please give us your full
name and your history please.
REX
Alright. My name is Rex Ian Parsons. I
was born on June 10, 1922. Served in
the Army in the South Pacific during
World War II, hospitalized in 43 from
malaria. Met a fella there. A future
president, name was Kennedy. Because of
my malaria condition I was assigned the
rear. Saw no more real combat. War
ended. I came back home and became a
Deputy. Was a Deputy quite a time and
then in time Sheriff of Lafayette
County. For forty-five years. I was
sixty-eight when I retired.

your impressions of him?
REX
Well. He was a sneaky bastard. I never
trusted him.
Slight laughter at his candidness.
WINSTON
How so?
REX
(to Winston)
He was a boy of nineteen, and I got a
call to go to the hospital to file a
report of a gunshot wound. It was Cecil
Marbury...
WINSTON
Please continue.
REX
Well, the first Gulf War was coming up,
and I just figured this man didnt want
to go. Had to talk with his Reserve
unit, they was deploying. Wasnt normal
to have a hunting accident... in
August. And after talking to him I just
figured as such. He shot his own foot
to get out of going over. The kind of
thing I could spot fair, on a count of
me being in the war and all.
SAMANTHA
Objection your honor-WINSTON
Overruled. Which foot did he shoot?
REX
Big toe on the left foot. Was a clean
wound, as clean as blowin your toe off
can be, I mean.

tauntingly toward Brandon, mutters-JUSTIN
See. Told ya.

Is that all ya wanted me for? Nothing
more? Theres lots more-SAMANTHA
Thank you Sheriff Parsons. Youve...
been you...
THEODORE
May I call my next witness, your Honor?
SAMANTHA
Which witness?
WINSTON
Is this your expert witness?
THEODORE
Yes, if you saw the news, youll notice
my first expert I had listed never got
out of Washington. The car bombing.
That was my witness. But Ive been able
to procure a second expert witness.
The reactions of the Jury and Gallery are seen.
SAMANTHA
I object your Honor on the grounds that
Mr. LeFleur failed to disclose a second
expert witness.
THEODORE

prior expert witness I would request
that the court allow Gordon Matthews to

Gordon Matthews! Please take the stand.
Gordon is seen stopping at the end of the row in the Gallery to
exchange some kind words (silent) and gestures with Rex Parsons.
Rex hands him his Bible. Samantha looks on in blank befuddlement
as Gordon makes his way to the stand. Bailiff approaches Gordon
as he sits-GORDON

(peruses Bible)
I also affirm that my yes be yes and my
no be no, before G-d.
THEODORE
Please state your name for the record,
and your qualifications as a lay expert
witness in this mater.
GORDON
My name is Gordon Douglas Matthews, I
am domiciled in New South Wales,
Australia. Im sixty-three years old.
Ive been studying the international
legal and financial systems for
fourteen years to find out how they
work, and why they work the way they
do. Through my research I have proved
how a massive fraud has been
perpetrated upon the population of
Earth.
WINSTON
(curiously perplexed)
Please continue...
GORDON
My lay expertise is of such magnitude
that I can digress on this subject from
many facets of control with regards to
the global corporate banking system,
the system of Central Banks and the
International Social Security
Association. Furthermore, since I am
not in your corporate system any
longer, and can only be in this court
through the rules of Equity, I now can
present you with public documentation
that would inform and convince you as
to my status as a lay expert witness.

WINSTON
What do you mean by that Mr. Matthews?
GORDON
Try looking me up in your system.
Gordon takes out breast wallet and motions to the Bailiff, hands
over his documents. Winston peruses them.
WINSTON
I can see you are here by choice.
GORDON
Yes, I can only testify in Equity,
which means I can only tell about the
true facts that I used as an
Actuarialist in regard to the amount of
people still living in the legal Civil
system that are used by the financiers
when funds need to be created for
whichever country is borrowing credit
from The World Bank or the
International Monetary Fund under the
United Nations, which ultimately falls
under the control of the Vatican.
THEODORE
Your Honor, I now motion before the
court, Mr. Gordon Matthews is qualified
and should be accepted by the court as
a expert lay witness.
WINSTON
Ms. Watt, do you have any objections
toward Mr. Matthews being qualified and
accepted as an expert lay witness in
this matter?
SAMANTHA
Would it make any difference your
Honor?
WINSTON
No, not really. You may continue Mr.
LeFleur.
THEODORE
What do you make of Mr. Bonds
testimony, Mr. Matthews?
GORDON
Hes like most bankers, he really
doesnt know whats really going on,
with regard to the larger scheme.

their knowledge and experience.

THEODORE
Would Mr. Bond qualify to be employed
by Department of Treasury or World Bank
or the IMF?
GORDON
Well I dont work for the World Bank or
the IMF, but if his answers from
yesterday that I had the chance to hear
are any indication - definitely not.
THEODORE
I have a copy of the negotiable
instrument that was presented to the
Commercial/Rural And Professionals
Bank. The DA has a copy and copies are
available for the jury.
Theodore presents the Bailiff with enough copies. Winston is
seen perusing his copy.
THEODORE (CONTD)
Could you please give me your opinion
on this document?
GORDON
I see that you put given for a patent
right on this.
THEODORE
Isnt that required?
GORDON
It is in Canada, but I believe this
would be helpful in the United States
as well.
THEODORE
What does it help to identify?
GORDON
It helps to identify your authority.
(examining copy)
Very well done, and I see you have it
notarized.

THEODORE
It was my understanding since this is

GORDON

Thats correct. And it also makes it a
negotiable international bill of
exchange.
THEODORE
Is that acceptable by any bank in the
United States?
GORDON
It should be. And because you put your
birth certificate number on it, it
makes it easier to find the account.
THEODORE
Could I have used the Social Security
number?
GORDON
Yes, thats correct, but, it all starts
with the birth certificate-Winston slams his gavel.

INT. COURTROOM - LATER
Day 3 after lunch the courtroom is settling in for the
afternoon. More Media appear to be in the Gallery.
CUT TO:
THEODORE
Okay, now with regard to the birth
certificate, can you explain to the
jury how all this begins with the
issuing of the birth certificate?
GORDON
Yes, well, it all actually starts
before the birth certificate.
THEODORE
What happens before the birth
certificate is issued?
GORDON
Your parents gave you a name.
THEODORE
If the parents created the name
wouldnt the parents be the patent
owner, or holder, of the name?

(CONTINUED)

76.
CONTINUED:

GORDON
Yes. Thats correct, you are right in
that assumption, it would be the
original intellectual property of the
parents.
THEODORE
That was my theory on the subject as
well. Which is exactly why I created a
patent on the name.
GORDON
This is a very original concept.
THEODORE
My proposition is, that if my parents
created the name, they would be the
owner of the name, and they gave me the
name for my use, I would therefore be
the holder of the name, with patent
rights. Would that be correct?
GORDON
Yes. That would have to be correct.
Theres an axiom in law, first in
time, best in law.
THEODORE
So how is it that the Bureau of Vital
Statistics in any given state can use a
name which is already owned?
GORDON
Well, the fraud concerning the birth
certificate occurred when the
registration of the live birth record
with Vital Statistics was signed by the
informant, which is normally the birth
mother, and in doing so they
inadvertently signed over the power of
attorney to Vital Statistics without
having any informed consent.
THEODORE
Well what would be the legal process?
GORDON
I have reviewed and studied this quite
extensively and it does appear that the
parents signed and executed the
document and upon registration with
Vital Statistics the name was
technically transferred and placed in
Trust.

(CONTINUED)

77.
CONTINUED:

THEODORE
So... just like the registration of an
automobile?
GORDON
Yes. Thats right. Registration is
being deemed to be a transfer of title
of your name into a Trust held by the
State.
THEODORE
(quipping)
Except were talking about human beings
and not automobiles here.
(beat)
So if Vital Statistics owns the name,
can I own any property in that name?
GORDON
Thats a very interesting question. In
law, no, in Equity, yes. They cannot
own your name unless you allow them.
THEODORE
How did this come about?
GORDON
You only have legal title, you do not
own it. You have the right to use it,
but you do not own it.
THEODORE
Hold on one moment. Let me clarify
this, your name, that everyone believes
to be their original possession, is in
fact being held in Trust by Vital
Statistics. And they are the actual
holders of the name and not you, nor
does anyone else in this court own
their name. Has the government
committed a fraud by taking this name?
GORDON
Yes. But, registration means to
transfer a title. According to their
system, they havent committed a fraud.
Of course you can remember another
maxim of law, ignorance of the law is
not an excuse.
THEODORE
That doesnt seem fair.
GORDON
The law is not about being fair, Mr.
LeFleur, its about being legal.

GORDON (CONT'D)
You may imagine something to be, and
not know if it is so. But if you
believe something to be real, then for
all intents and purposes it is, as it
affects your behavior and decides the
limitations of your choices. Our
perception of law is faulty, we have
agreed to this reality, and so it is.
It has little to do with morality, and
everything to do with money. Just
simply follow the money.

THEODORE
Then what does the birth certificate
represent?
GORDON
Money. Its all about the money. It is
in fact a receipt, for a bond. It was
created by the use of power of
attorney, which in turn, used the law
to turn the birth certificate into a
non-negotiable bond that benefits the
beneficiaries of the Trust.
THEODORE
Is that in the fine print?
GORDON
(smiling)
Yes.
THEODORE
What is this bond all about?
GORDON
This is the Cestui Que Vie Trust. This
trust was set up because you are
legally dead, and cant own anything,
therefore the government creates
multiple Trusts to put the title of
your name into because they have the
value of you as collateral, they create
money from you which is attached to
that trust. The certificate represents
a value of money which is sold onto the
stock market to finance the government.
THEODORE
(deliberately pensive)
The government. The government.
Govern - Latin in origin, to control.
Ment, or mentus - the mind.

THEODORE (CONT'D)
Most people think of that word and
dont go beyond their own mental or
national borders. Is this handling of
the birth certificate just something
that pertains to the United States?

GORDON
No. No. No. This is worldwide. Thats
one of the reasons for the World Bank
and the International Monetary Fund.
THEODORE
You said we are dead?
GORDON
Yes. Youre dead on paper, you are
considered legally dead, thats why you
cant really own anything. Its called
legal right of use. Since one complies,
and in truth is never forced into the
legal system, it is strictly by
compliance. But youre tricked into
compliance, so were your parents. And
your grandparents. Just substitute
football for legal in what I just
said. If you play for a football team,
do you willfully abide by the rules,
the regulations - laws, in a sense, of
the game because you want to play? No
one tricked you into the game. You want
to live, dont you?
(beat)
If youre just interested in football
and beer youll never wake up to this
reality of which I am speaking.
THEODORE
Can a living man own property?
GORDON
Yes. The living can own property.
THEODORE
Are there any living people on the
planet?
GORDON
Of course there is.
THEODORE
Who are they?
GORDON
What people usually term the ruling
elite. You are a legal person, and
persons are legally dead.

persons with G-d. Romans, chapter two,
verse eleven.
THEODORE
Are you one of the living?
GORDON
Of course I am. I know who I am, and
who I am not - as a human being.
THEODORE
If I claim to be the patent holder of
my name, will that change my status?
GORDON
I believe that would be a step in the
right direction.
THEODORE
How do you get control of the Cestui
Que Vie Trust?
GORDON
If the supposed dead man proved to be
alive then the title is re-vested.
THEODORE
How would one do that?
GORDON
You do have a Power of Attorney, dont
you?
THEODORE
Yes.
GORDON
If you know how to write the Power of
Attorney correctly, and appoint
yourself the Attorney-in-Fact, you are
on the right path.
THEODORE
Hmmm. Very good point.

one-percent are owners. Probably less.
THEODORE
Even, say, the President of the United
States?
GORDON
Yes. Of course. Hes the CEO of your
plantation, your... tax farm. After
all, the U.S. is The United States of
America, Incorporated. Hard pill to
swallow. Were pawns on a chess-board,
Mr. LeFleur, and theres no other way

SAMANTHA
Yes. Yes I do your Honor.
(beat)
Mr. Matthews, can you tell me what the
difference is between a common check in
anyones checkbook and a negotiable
instrument?
GORDON
(somewhat confused)
Well, in the Uniform Commercial Code,
Articles 3 and 4, a check, promissory
note, and a negotiable instrument are
all one in the same. In fact, the
negotiable instrument Ms. Watt, is
considered to be as good as cash.
SAMANTHA

GORDON
If you look at the birth certificate
very carefully youll notice that its
printed on watermarked bond paper. And
also very fine printing on it like
micro-printing on bank notes. It will
tell you its not to be used for
identification. That its a valuable
document, it is a certificate of a bond
the government, the corporation,
created. It is linked to your Social
Security number.
SAMANTHA
What proof is there that this Birth
Certificate Bond is traded on the stock
market?
GORDON
As you know all of these financial
instruments have a CUSIP number.
Samantha acquiesces to her public display of ignorance, and
pursues with a self-patronizing confidence.
SAMANTHA
Of course.
GORDON
If you know the right stock broker, he
can find your CUSIP from your birth
certificate, and find out what is in
the pool.

just cant help themselves. So they
just help themselves. Can you justify
paying yourself tens of millions
dollars bonus? Because thats happening
all the time.
SAMANTHA
What do you mean when you say, youre
in Equity?
GORDON
I am making a special appearance here
because this court is dealing with

and at the request of Mr. LeFleur that
I am appearing here today. Since I am
no longer in the Civil system I cannot

perceptions of one single man or
millions can be steered in desired
directions by simply changing the
definitions, recreating the perceptions
with definitions, of words as one goes
up the level of the pyramid. So, the
word person, for example, in everyday
colloquial usage means a very simple

GORDON
And beginning of Equity, possibly.
They bump glasses and drink, Agent Smiths throat burns.
WINSTON
I dont have to tell either of you what
this, case, could mean if LeFleur

more shit. Once he competently moved

AGENT SMITH
Yes. Something very suspicious. This
guy should be dead. Hes pretty old. He
must be pushing a hundred and its
still active.
(long beat)
Theres... been money going into this
account since 1990. Look at this, its
irregular, thats why its being
flagged.
Winston bears a strange look. He knows who Burns is.
WINSTON
Burns... Charles Burns, I think I know
this name. Where do these deposits come
from?
AGENT SMITH
Now... this is the problem with this
one. Theyre all random, no two names
come up together, and its all from the
Southern states. We cant track it
down. Because theres so much of this
going on, were only looking after the
big ones.
GORDON
Where did it go to?
AGENT SMITH
Deposited to... okay, in Puerto Rico to
a bank by the name of... Puerto Rico
Industrial Commercial Savings.
GORDON
What do you call big?

Unfortunately, yes.
INT. WINSTONS HOME, ATRIUM - LATER
Winston, Gordon, and Agent Smith are back seated at the table,
relaxed, and pleasantly inebriated. Throughout the exchange
Gordons demeanor is engaging, as he leads with his questions.
AGENT SMITH
Gordon and I had dinner with Theo about
the system, and how all roads go back
to Rome.
WINSTON
You dont how true that really is.
GORDON
How is it that the bankers get access
to the Treasury accounts?
WINSTON
Its not just the bankers Gordon, its
the courts as well.
AGENT SMITH
How can that be?
GORDON
Its very simple - youve surrendered
your Power of Attorney.
AGENT SMITH
I cant remember ever surrendering
anything...
GORDON
Yes you did, remember when the first
time you went to a bank, and opened an
account?
AGENT SMITH
Yes.

GORDON
You were probably a teenager. When you
put your signature to that paper, you
gave the bank Power of Attorney. Done.
AGENT SMITH
What about the courts?
WINSTON
Same applies when you got your drivers
license. And when you registered to
vote. When your parents registered for
your Birth Certificate. Those and
others gave Power of Attorney to the
courts.
AGENT SMITH
What about military service?
WINSTON
Yes, when you sign up for the military
like I did, they then have Power of
Attorney over you. I only found out the
nature of this stuff and more after I
became a judge, and it just began.
GORDON
Are all judges told of this, Winston?
WINSTON
Yes. Thats why we have to take an
oath. Thats how we pay ourselves, it
comes out of your accounts, in
Treasury.
GORDON
You mean the Cestui Que Vie Trusts...
AGENT SMITH
(impressed, pensive)
I had no idea it was that extensive.
WINSTON
I had inklings of this but could never
confirm it. Have you ever seen a poor
judge? Or for that matter, a poor
Congressman?
AGENT SMITH
But arent you violating the
Constitution?
WINSTON
What Constitution? I dont work under
those rules?

GORDON
How come?
WINSTON
All judges are registered in Puerto
Rico so we are independent
administrators of the Legal System. We
have no allegiance to the Constitution
or the people of America for that
matter. Ultimately.
AGENT SMITH
I really dont understand this...
WINSTON
Well son, its set up so the Judges can
remain independent of the Constitution
and the People. Were independent
arbitrators.
GORDON
Does the government actually pay you
Winston unlike what Kevin here
receives?
WINSTON
The Justice Department is paid through
Congress and Treasury, but the Judges
are paid from a separate account. I
dont care if I win, lose, or draw a
case, I still get paid.
AGENT SMITH
So where does your money really come
from?
WINSTON
It comes from the Trusts. Everything.
GORDON
The IRS collects taxes for the
government, dont they, just usury on
monies created on the screens every
day?
AGENT SMITH
Yeah the IRS collects revenue,
interest, for the government-WINSTON
No. The Federal Reserve which issued
it. But their personal income tax goes
ultimately to Rome.

GORDON
You mean the City of London.
WINSTON
Thats right, the City of London, then
to the Vatican.
GORDON
Ive heard that the military gets paid
from corporate taxes.
WINSTON
Its my understanding that the entirety
of the corporate taxes goes to pay for
the U.S. Military.
AGENT SMITH
(takes another sip)
Ive never heard of that one either
gentlemen... damn, I knew Theo was on
to some shit, but all this? I know for
a fact there were death threats several
times against him. So with all that
crap out there, with all kinds of
bizarre things going on hes found
something. Something really hidden.
Big. Too big. Way too big.
WINSTON
Look, the Vatican is nothing more than
the largest and oldest business on
earth. Religion is just a storefront.
Its all about mind control. Nothing
more, nothing less. Mind control
through the control of information.
They write the laws; mere opinions;
they control the banks.

millenniums passed.

AGENT SMITH
(amused)
Ahhh, yeah, nobody here is a slave...
come on guys.
WINSTON
Yes we are slaves, the way we think,
what we think, and the unspoken
limitations on how we think. We are
patterned and programmed from birth
with this bullshit from every
institution and every fiction of
authority. Theyre all are paid by the
same master to create a limited yet
productive version of who you think you
are. Here, and throughout the world.
GORDON
The media is an indispensable part of
the deception, so you dont have to
think - critically. Its very
entertaining, on a simple-minded level,
repeats the scripts over and over,
which goes right along with the Roman
credo, bread and circus.
AGENT SMITH
(to Winston)
When did you finally understand how
this all works?
WINSTON
Its taken my entire career to put it
all together. Most people will go
through life oblivious to how it all
works, and go to their graves without
having a clue. Im about to retire, and
have only just figured it out in the
last few years.

Day 4 begins. Outside the courthouse police string barricade
tape to keep the entrance to the courthouse clear. Local
DEPUTIES and surrounding AUXILIARY, STATE POLICE, and various
ABC soup agency people in slightly inconspicuous dress and
demeanor are noticed. Concession trucks offer the gamut in food.
Local and non-local onlookers fill the area.
Notable mass and alternative media personnel are positioned
about, giving reports on what has leaked though the internet,
phone cams, discussion boards, and social media. Remote reports
are in progress-CLOSE - ALEX JONES in mid report-- [NOTE: This can be any number
of outlets, including the Buzzsaw crew.]
ALEX

leaving from a visit with a friend who
is yet unidentified in the Washington
D.C. area. It happened at approximately
four-twenty PM Eastern Standard Time.
You know, Aaron, this just smacks of
not only the vast murders, suicides,
and cover-ups rampant in the global
banking system - but whatever is
unfolding in this modest courtroom,
this serene setting may very well hold
keys to an a Pandoras box of
unimaginable consequences. If an expert
witness, an English Lord at that level
in banking is assassinated en route to
testify at the LeFleur trial, I can
only begin to imagine where with the
Cabal, the Club of Rome, CFR, Committee
of Three Hundred, Bilderbergers, all
the rest of the Bohemian Grove alumni;
where it all just fits. Aaron, back to
you. Its hot here.

INT. COURTROOM - DAY

With an unusual fanfare the courtroom and gallery seem to be at
a fever pitch. Theodore remains centered at his table. Samantha
appears a bit distracted but looking well. Scan of Jury members

[V.O. - Oh... oh.]
Id like to see that.
WINSTON
I would too, Mr. Tweedie.
THEODORE
Now, Mr. Tweedie, what powers does the
Federal Reserve Bank have over the
banking industry?
TERRANCE
[V.O. - If you suckers only knew.]
The Federal Reserve Bank gives
directions to Treasury to stabilize the
monetary system to promote growth in
the economy.
THEODORE
Who owns the Federal Reserve Bank, Mr.
Tweedie?
TERRANCE
[V.O. - Daddy and his friends...]
Oh, thats a part of the government...
THEODORE
No. Not according to the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission.
TERRANCE
[V.O. - Fuck.]

TERRANCE (CONT'D)
The Federal Reserve Bank has a charter
with the government.

THEODORE
It is a private bank, is it not?
TERRANCE
[V.O. - Okay. How to deflect this?]
Well it is autonomous, thats in the
charter, so it can give independent
advice to the government of the day.
THEODORE
In fact, Mr. Tweedie, the Federal
Reserve is a privately held
corporation, is it not?.
TERRANCE
[V.O. - No way around this...]
Yes. Yes it is privately held.
THEODORE
And the United States Government is
also a privately held corporation, is
it not Mr. Tweedie?
TERRANCE
Im, Im not qualified to answer that
question-THEODORE
I didnt think so, but it is just the
same. How does the Federal Reserve Bank
create money?
TERRANCE
The Federal Government issues a bond to
the Federal Reserve to print, or issue,
the money to the value of the bonds.
THEODORE
Nothing more than a printing press
which creates interest, Mr. Tweedie,
isnt it, and all of the Code and
obfuscation is in place so that rarely
becomes a consideration in the minds of
populations, isnt that so?
TERRANCE
[V.O. - Of course.]
We have administrative and printing
costs. With the creation of money.

Trillions of dollars worth of

Slight laughter erupts from the Gallery and as well the

TERRANCE

THEODORE
Who actually owns the money?
TERRANCE
[V.O. - We print it, we own it.]
We hold the bonds, and the government
issues the currency, the cash.
THEODORE
So how are the bonds redeemed?
TERRANCE
[V.O. - Youve got to be kidding me.
Weve got you by the balls. Have for
hundreds of years.]
We sell them back to the Department of
Treasury.
THEODORE
Where does Treasury get the money?
TERRANCE
[V.O. - You pay taxes, dont you? Its
called usury. Deal with it.]
The Internal Revenue Service collects
taxes, for Treasury, to buy back the
bonds, over decades in some cases.
THEODORE
But the government, the corporation, of
the United States of America owes how
many trillions in bonded usury? And, as
an aside, the word bond is the root for
bondage. Just a point in fact with
regard to language. So lets continue,
the American public owes trillions in
usury, does it not?
TERRANCE
[V.O. - Isnt, that, great...]
People spend more than they earn.

THEODORE
Bondage. And you print the money out of
nothing, based on nothing, representing
nothing, and in fact nothing but an
idea. A concept. A spell. A spell in
accordance with the sensuous - that all
are born and sold into, bonded to pay
tribute, usury, interest - that which
did not exist created out of what is
believed to exist, or said, merely said
to exist - or in plain language, taxes,
or to render unto Caesar what is
Caesar's, that which did not exist
before - on what was once nothing at
all other than the pursuit of
happiness, an idea, any idea, of those
it was all wished by then imposed upon.
There is no law requiring anyone to
pay, specifically, income tax. I wont
even ask the expert witness this
because it is fact. The IRS, another
privately held corporation, is the
collection arm for the Federal Reserve,
again, a privately held corporation.
And they back themselves with the
threat of violence and actual violence,
and like Caesar make an example of some
- by common criminal acts of seizure,
imprisonment, public humiliation. That
they cloak under the opinions rendered
by the law to support every aspect of
forcing, intimidating people into
compliance. Isnt that so Mr. Tweedie?
TERRANCE
I dont know. I wouldnt quite phrase
it like that. Is that your opinion?-THEODORE
How would you phrase it Mr. Tweedie?
TERRANCE
People have a choice, and usually
choose to spend more than they have.
George Carlin even said this is the
American dream.
THEODORE
Yes, and he also said you have to be
asleep to believe it... Its forbidden
in the Bible to tax livelihood. That
Bible persons contract on in court by
raising their hand, which oaths are
forbidden, so is usury forbidden.

THEODORE
(long, heavy beat)
You dont have to be a tax attorney
Mr. Tweedie to recognize the sensation
of fraud. You said choice. Freedom of
choice? Freedom of simple choice to be,
and engage in common exchange was
undermined. And now... we have today.
The three-ring-circus of propaganda,
law, and commerce under the rule of
parasites. Nothing more, nothing less.
All by compliance. By compliance
through conditioning and imposed

Maybe. Maybe to wake the hell up?
Sorry... your Honor, for the unseemly
word choice. But maybe, to wake the

this quote of Mayer Amschel Rothschild,
Permit me to issue and control the

understand the system will either be so
interested in its profits or be so
dependent upon its favors that there
will be no opposition from that class,
while on the other hand, the great body
of people, mentally incapable of
comprehending the tremendous advantage
that capital derives from the system,
will bear its burdens without
complaint, and perhaps without even
suspecting that the system is inimical
to their interests. The Rothschild

The three enter, door closes.
WINSTON
Stand down Marine. Its one thing to

The Marine Corps is evident on his wall.
SAMANTHA
May I say something?
WINSTON
Yes.
SAMANTHA
Lets just lay it all out on the table
here, all of us. This was a murder of a
Sheriff, now its a crusade against the
monetary and justice systems, even
religion. Where the hell is all this
going? Id really like to know.
THEODORE
Its going to prove I didnt kill him.
Thats what it will prove.
SAMANTHA
Because in your Sovereign and warped
mind you think the world owes you your
freedom-THEODORE
The world owes me nothing but the
chance to be free. Of all parasites.
SAMANTHA
I dont even know where to begin when
you speak in your language-Winston pulls two envelopes out from his desk drawer and plops
them down on his desk.
WINSTON
I want to know where these came from?

They scared the living hell out of me.
WINSTON

places. Word gets around...

A rather effeminate but dutiful Deputy Garrity takes the stand,
porn-stache, a true Village Person.
SAMANTHA (CONTD)

DEPUTY GARRITY
Sheriffs Deputy Francis Allen Garrity,

SAMANTHA
Are you sure of those facts Deputy
Garrity?
DEPUTY GARRITY
Yes. Yes maam I am. I didnt know this

What do you mean by that, Deputy?
Her frustration is visible.
DEPUTY GARRITY
Well, I thought this was just to

anything at all going on at that
location. For the day. Maam.
SAMANTHA
Nothing at all?
DEPUTY GARRITY
No, maam.

You said the first shot that killed
Sheriff Lavelle. It wasnt. It was the
second shot. The first shot is the
round that struck Deputy Marbury in the
boot. The second shot is in fact the
one that stuck and killed Sheriff
Lavelle, was it not?
DEPUTY GARRITY
Yes. Yes maam, it, it did happen that
way, Im a little nervous. Youre
right. Thats how it happened.
SAMANTHA
As nervous as you were pulling into
that driveway and seeing the violent
encounter you werent expecting to see?
DEPUTY GARRITY

day, do you?
DEPUTY GARRITY

I cannot say that Mr. LeFleurs hands

SAMANTHA
No need to become defensive, Deputy
Garrity. I have no further questions
your Honor.

civil and architectural highlights which coincide specifically

Sphingeins glass-top desk is seen against the glass expanse of
his office windows. A well-dressed figure with his back to the

whatever nation this applies to, which
is, ah, mostly all, who in turn

Trusts to their respective national

investment could continue on a normal

Woody, I need you to have LeFleur and
Watt into my chambers no later than
eight. Do you understand?
WOODY
Yes sir.
INT. WINSTONS CHAMBERS - MORNING
Clock on Winstons chambers wall reads - 8:00. Winston,
Theodore, and Samantha are seated.
WINSTON
Something happened last night. Deputy
Cecil Marbury committed suicide. Blew
his brains out.
SAMANTHA

What? Thats so tragic, oh my god. Not
now...
WINSTON
Thats the really bad news, now for the
bad news.
THEODORE

WINSTON
Youre both from this moment on under a

You will not leave the courtroom today,

anywhere behind the BAR gates. You will
not speak to anybody else in this
courtroom and the Jury when you have
the authority to do so. You will speak
to no media. Newspapers. Radio.
Television. Not even check the fucking
internet. And there shall be no using
your computer to access anything other
than a file related to this case. All
wifi has been terminated in the
courtroom and the building.

SAMANTHA
Amazing. This is amazing.
WINSTON
Why Ms. Watt? Were you intending some
kind of exotic bullshit media maneuver?
THEODORE
I understand fully your Honor. Here.
Theodore hands him his cell phone. Samantha hands him two.
WINSTON
Thank you both. If you do not have all
the evidence you want placed before the
jury in this case, then youd better
have another witness to call because
there will be no rebuttal witnesses.
And, if the witness you want to call is
not on the witness list, they will be
disallowed. This was an Equitable
decision made by me.
THEODORE
Suits me fine your Honor.
SAMANTHA
(pressing)
Your Honor, considering the
circumstances in regard to Deputy
Marburys death; undoubtedly he wont
be able to continue his testimony on
direct. Nor will I be able to use him
as a lay expert. It is extremely
important, your Honor, for my case to

this. Mr. LeFleur?
THEODORE
(smiling)
You can bring the Pope in if you want.
I would love to cross examine him.
WINSTON
Just what do you mean by that Mr.
LeFleur?
THEODORE
I have no problems with what Watt wants
to do. Let her have her have her expert
witness and let the chips fall where
they may.
WINSTON
So, Mr. LeFleur, you dont mind
Ms. Watt wants to do by calling
expert witness this late in the
without any prior notice of the

THEODORE
No your Honor. Like I said, let the
chips fall where they may. Ill take my
Equitable chances with the Common Law
Jury. As a matter of fact your Honor, I
will stipulate to Ms. Watts experts
qualifications without even reviewing
them!
SAMANTHA
Your Honor, with regard to the phones,

associates this morning.
WINSTON
What have we already discussed, Ms.

one more thing, you both will have your
closing arguments today. I will limit
you to thirty-minutes each and

INT. COURTROOM - RESUME
WINSTON
Ms. Watt, you may call your last and

SAMANTHA
Thank you, your Honor. Id like to call
Ramsey Zeigeficker to the stand.
Ramsey takes his place on the stand. Woody swears him in.
WOODY
Raise your right hand please. Repeat
after me, do you solemnly swear to tell
the whole truth and nothing but the
truth, so help you G-d.
RAMSEY
I do.
SAMANTHA
Mr. Zeigeficker, can you please explain
to this Court what the theory is behind
the Bill of Exchange, and how there is
no way it could be used to pay off
someones mortgage?
RAMSEY
Well, Ms. Watt, it actually can be used
to pay off your mortgage and many other
obligations, and I will tell you how.
Samanthas gaze turns downward and to the left, with a lighter
shade of pale.
RAMSEY (CONTD)
There are several places from which all
laws have evolved from. Although, they

RAMSEY (CONTD)
The first book of laws, for example,
for Western society, was the Bible.
Within the Old Testament portion of the
Bible we see G-ds Law for mankind. We
see the absolute origins from what was
the basis for all law regarding the
bounty of this Earth, and especially in
regard to Adam in the Garden of Eden,
Adam, to most, an archetype referencing
mankind, was theoretically placed in
the Garden of Eden, in what would now
be termed today through a Trust
agreement, between G-d, Prime Creator,
Universal Source, Divine Providence, or
whatever term one wishes to view the
Creator of Perfect Origin of all that
is.

SAMANTHA
Just exactly what do you mean in regard
to the Trust Agreement?
RAMSEY
From the beginning, G-d trusted Adam
and wanted to continue trusting Adam. Gd implied that everything was meant to
be done by the unconditional trusting
and loving of one another, which
essentially created Trust Law, as
mankind would codify it. Why? Because,
thats the only Equitable way that an
exchange, a benefit, bounty, and/or
value between G-d, humans, or mankind,
would be honorable and benefit the
greatest good of all.
SAMANTHA
Mr. Zeigeficker, then, since theres
not a Trust Agreement here, and Mr.
LeFleur used some kind of exchange
document, a Bill of Exchange, to pay
off his mortgage, then is there
evidence of fraud?
RAMSEY
Well, I dont think you comprehend what
exactly I am outlining, Ms. Watt-SAMANTHA
Let me see if understand this, Mr.
Zeigeficker.

SAMANTHA (CONT'D)
I comprehend how people borrow money in
the state of Mississippi, and I
comprehend Trust theory, the Deed of
Trust, and when their mortgage is paid
off and their Deed of Trust is
cancelled. Now, what I dont
understand, is how someone can use
something called an exchange document
to pay off a mortgage and get a Deed of
Trust cancelled, when there is no
account or money associated with that
exchange document? Therefore, Mr.
Zeigeficker, wouldnt that be fraud?

RAMSEY
No, Ms. Watt, thats not correct. Back
in 1666 there was a Trust put into
place, and the name of that Trust is
called the Cestui Que Vie Trust act of
1666-SAMANTHA
But Mr. Zeigeficker, based on current
Trust Law once a Trust has been created
it only lasts from the time frame of
the person-in-being that the Trust was
created for plus 21 years.
(slight beat)
How can a trust last from 1666 up until
the present date, or further on into
the future?
RAMSEY
This Trust Act is that of a legislative
framework to allow a Trust to be set up
in the name of every person to
safeguard their hereditaments,
inheritances, and ownership interest
from criminals and their own ignorance.
SAMANTHA
(confused)
Im having trouble comprehending what
you mean by the prior statement and
its concept. Could you elucidate?
RAMSEY
Ms. Watt, the Cestui Que Vie Trust is a
Sovereign trust that protects those
people who cant protect their own
property while theyre either absent,
lost a sea, a minor or incompetent.

RAMSEY
I notice that the gold-fringed United
States of America flag, with the ball
and claw, mind you, is missing from
this courtroom. And, also, Judge
Winston is not wearing a black robe.
So, Ms. Watt, do you comprehend what
you are asking or know what you are
engaged in?
SAMANTHA
(moment of silence, with a
dumbed-down look)
Ill ask you to explain that, Mr.
Zeigeficker...
RAMSEY
It is assumed, Ms. Watt, that all are
birthed into a sea, as in the metaphor
of oceans, of illusion, lost in a sea
of confusion - the fact that words
sound the same, yet may have different
spellings, is due to the fact that the
spelling, or direct desire of the
spell, or more detailed, the desired
effect is what is the first intention.
Words are reflections merely of
intention, and original definitions are
paramount. Id refer you to Blacks Law
One and the Authorized King James
Version of the Bible for original
reference with regard to these
proceedings.
(beat)
If you dont know the intended meaning
of the word, you are deluded.
SAMANTHA
So with regard to the Trusts we are
referring to... sea, or see?

(CONTINUED)

RAMSEY
You can claim the benefits of your
Trust if you are competent in your
actions, and knowledgeable of the
illusion, and are no longer lost at sea
and have returned from the sea alive
and are on the land or you are no
longer a minor in the eyes of the law,
and can see.
(beat, breath)
Furthermore this Trust which was
instituted in 1666 by the United
Kingdom did not have any specific
controlling time-lines that would
entail a certain period that it would
last, remember, it was created to
protect those people who couldnt
protect themselves - primarily out of
ignorance.
SAMANTHA
Mr. Zeigeficker, could you please
describe some examples of where this
Trust would protect someone from
themselves, or some deceptive
intentional fraudulent means that would
usurp certain peoples assets?
RAMSEY
Okay, for example, to this very day,
living descendants of victims of war
crimes that were committed against
their ancestors are having properties
and entitlements re-vested and/or they
being paid compensation when they cant
be re-vested with the properties and
entitlements of their ancestors.
SAMANTHA
So are these the only things that the
Cestui Que Vie Trust act protects?
RAMSEY
No! It actually protects certain things
in perpetuity. Such as; the rights of
the living man in regard to the items I
stated previously, as well as certain
items that have very dim lights shown
upon them.
SAMANTHA
What do you mean by certain items that
have very dim lights shown upon them?

(CONTINUED)

CONTINUED:

RAMSEY
Well, the first and most important item
is the Trusts creating the Birth
Certificate Bonded Trusts which holds
all entitlements of everyone.
SAMANTHA
What, then, Mr. Zeigeficker, do you
mean by that?
RAMSEY
Your parents provided the information
to the State office of Vital Statistics
of where and when their child was born.
(slight beat)
Under the New Deal during the Great
Depression following the catastrophic
stock market crash of November, Black
Friday of 1929, the government decided
to take control and remove the
foundation of the credit basis of
currency under the gold and silver
standard to stop the unbridled
borrowing of credit-based stock
purchases for stock market speculation.
Thats where the Glass-Steagall Act
came in.
(beat)
The government took all the gold from
the public and backed the Federal
Reserve notes with the good faith and
credit of the people, now you cant pay
or be paid with gold or silver as it is
against the law.
SAMANTHA
(surprised)
Exactly when did that happen?
RAMSEY
1933.
(slight beat)
June 5th.
(waves paperwork in the
air)
It was House Joint Resolution 192.

And because of that Bill, a remedy was
given to discharge of lawful debts as

He paints his attention toward the Jury and Ms. Watt.
RAMSEY
After all, you are the value backing
the currency, not any gold or silver
because you are the creditors for the
money printed by the Federal Reserve.
Well, you are essentially slave-backed
mortgages that have become paper Bonds,
where everybody profited, except
obviously you.
SAMANTHA
Where does the Birth certificate fit
into this scenario?
RAMSEY
Well...
(long beat)
As this is a closed court and I am
under oath-WINSTON
And yes you are-RAMSEY
Your Birth Certificate, which is
printed on Bond paper, is a receipt and
proof of a financial instrument called
a Bond issued by the United States
Treasury Department to the Federal
Reserve which is very similar as slavebacked mortgages... such as was the
case with the African slaves were used
as collateral in order to procure more
money to purchase more slaves which in
essence created more Bonds that they
could mortgage to create more money.

International Bankruptcy Law which is
why you have legal right to discharge
any private or public debt.
(long beat)
Because that is the law.
(beat)
That is, if, you are aware of it.

SAMANTHA
So who authorized all of this?
RAMSEY
Congress did, eighty-plus years ago,
its all on the public record if you
wish to spend the time to look it up,
Ms. Watt. As a matter of fact, history
has repeated itself, or more
accurately, eerily, the world prefigured the recent financial crisis in
which Wall Street securitization once
again stripped low to middle income
class families of their wealth. Its
cotton factory firms, like the now
defunct Lehman Brothers - founded in
Alabama - that became wildly successful
when Lehman moved to Wall Street, and
for all these firms, every transaction
in slave earned money flowing in and
out of the U.S. earned these Wall
Street firms a handsome fee. The
economic slave-trade still continues.
(slight beat)
Nothing is hidden. All is still in
plain sight.
SAMANTHA
But Mr. Zeigeficker, we have the

the powers not delegated to the United

Samantha takes a long hard look at each and every Jury member,
bows her head, then a long hard look at Theodore, then Winston then Zeigeficker. The truth becomes apparent, and she aligns.
Takes a long sip of water. Winston appears relieved; Theodore
resolute without indication. Woodys eyes betray amazement.
SAMANTHA
Can you explain further about the power
reserved to the people?
RAMSEY
As long as Americans do not allow the
Federal Government, i.e. a corporation
which backs its power through the
threat and use of violence, or some New
World Order that believes private
people cannot handle their own affairs,
and should acquiesce to turning them
over, by bowing down to some greater
sovereign and dont allow those
entities based on mammon to usurp their
inalienable rights and privileges of
absolute essence of being born unto
them, and reflected in the
Constitution, then they shall become
and remain the free Sovereigns who
control their own destiny.
SAMANTHA
But, we are free and independent beings
here in America, arent we?
RAMSEY
Definitely not. Ms. Watt, I would not
say that Americans are the free and
independent human beings they believe
themselves to be. They are, in fact,
deluded.

Why is that?

RAMSEY
Now, that is the question I have been
wanting to answer Ms. Watt. The people
of America need to wake up and crawl
out of the slumber of their slavery, so
well perpetrated since before 1933!
Prior to 1933, in 1913, the Federal
Reserve Bank was supposedly created by
the Legislative branch of government.
Actually, the Senate never truly passed
the Federal Reserve Banking Act. There
were only three members of the Senate
present when a voice call vote on
December 23rd, in the late evening was
had. Of course it passed unanimously
because all other members of the Senate
had left Washington for the Holidays,
and prior to that, true opposition such
as John Jacob Astor, and other
prominent men of means had been either
silenced or eliminated from a position
opposition. Immediately after the vote
President Thomas Woodrow Wilson, the
28th President, international banker
sock-puppet, signed into law the
Federal Reserve Act of 1913 which
empowered the private few the ability
to control and issue this nations
currency. And control of currency, is
ultimate control of a population.
SAMANTHA
What do you mean, that the full Senate
didnt vote, and only three Senators
passed the Federal Reserve Act?
RAMSEY
Yes Ms. Watt, it does really matter,
that the U.S., Inc., nor the American
government owns the Federal Reserve
Bank.
SAMANTHA
Really?! Who does own the Federal
Reserve Banking system?
RAMSEY
The Federal Reserve Bank is a private
corporation that has twelve different
corporate subsidiaries, in twelve
regions in America. ++++AMOUNT OF
CENTRAL BANKS IN THE WORLD.

System, nor can I determine who the

been told by some of the worlds
wealthiest men and their family
members.

SAMANTHA
Does it really matter as long as the
Federal Reserve Banking system does
what the Federal Government tells them
what to do?
RAMSEY
The problem is that the Fed does not
have to do what the Federal Government
or what the people of the U.S. tells
them what to do. They have no more
obligation to that necessity than
Starbucks or Wal-Mart. The Fed does not
need permission to create money. Look
at this one-hundred dollar bill, it
does not say U.S. Bank Note, or U.S.
Treasury Note - it says Federal Reserve
Note. Americans have been constantly
programmed over the past half-century
or more that they are in debt, and when
Congress spends money it is called
deficient spending!
(slight beat)
You see, the United States is not the
only nation with a privately held
central banking system. There are about
176 nations whose monetary systems are
guided by the same animal, just by
different names and obviously
locations. There is also located in
Basel, Switzerland what can be termed
the central bank for all central banks
throughout the world; its the oldest
international financial institution in
the existence, formed in 1930 to hasten
reparations from Germany to victors of
the WWI. Its called the Bank for
International Settlements. The mission
of what is commonly know as B.I.S. is
to serve central banks in their claimed
pursuit of monetary and financial
stability, to maintain international
cooperation in those areas and to
simply act as the bank for all central
banks. And what most who are aware of
B.I.S.

do not know is that it is a superstate: accountable to no country, the
United Nations, or any other supranational organization or alliance. And
their affairs, also, are private. Only
internally audited.
(long beat)
Ms. Watt, the people of this country
have no idea if they are or are not in
such great debt. How can a private
bank, such as the Fed, that has never
been audited, help the American people
determine whether the U.S. is truly in
debt or not, especially when this bank
can create as much currency as they
want whenever they want to?

Samantha is silent. Winston takes a long, reflective moment-WINSTON

Anything else Ms. Watt for Mr.
Zeigeficker?
SAMANTHA
(equally pensive, quiet)
No. No more your Honor...
WINSTON
(to Zeigeficker)
Id like to ask you something. Are you
sure there has never been an audit of
the Federal Reserve?
RAMSEY
No, your Honor... and, theres not
likely to ever be one.
WINSTON
Why is that?
RAMSEY
Again, because - its private.
Winston, feeling mild disgust, merely shakes his head.
WINSTON
Mr. LeFleur, do you wish to cross
examine the witness?
THEODORE
No, your Honor, I feel hes given all
the evidence necessary to confirm my
standing.

Winston enters the VA facility, passes the nurses station and
asks a nurse, Lawanda, what Rexs room number is. Hes carrying
a boxed bottle of Jim Beam Distillers Masterpiece bourbon.
WINSTON
Maam, pardon me, can you tell me what
room Rex Parsons is in? Hold on here...
(smiling)
You, youre on the jury of the LeFleur

LAWANDA
Yes, your Honor sir I am. And its all

Hello Sheriff Parsons.
REX
Well hey there Judge! Certainly, well
come on in!
WINSTON
I enjoyed your presence in court the
other day and for your thoughts on
Marbury, and Ive brought a small token
of my appreciation for your lucid
account of the events.
Winston slides open the lid, removes and hands Rex the bottle.
His eyes light up.
REX
Always wanted to try this! Was a bit
out of my league bein retired and all.
Go lock the door, some tumblers on the
dresser over there. Gonna have to hide
this.
WINSTON
These?
REX
Naw, them larger ones over there.
Winston pops and pours.
REX (CONTD)
(elated)
Awwwwww. Wont be needin these
medicines tonight. Thank you Judge. You
can have them if you want.
WINSTON
No, no I have plenty of my own. The
reason why Im here, Rex, seeing you
have such a good memory, do you recall
a fellow named Burns about fifty years
ago? Charles William Burns?
REX
Yes, I, yeah, there was a fellow I
remember named Burns.

WINSTON
If he was alive how old would he be?
REX
Damn near a hundred give or take.
WINSTON
Thats him. Can you tell me about him?
REX
He was murdered by a single gunshot.
Thatll be about, oh, hold on... 1960.
WINSTON
Tell me about him.
REX
He wadnt liked by a soul. A wife
beater, a bigot over the worst
Klansman, from a wealthy family in
town, and a mean bastard and thems
about the best things I can think to
say about him. Had his hands in too
much. Ran with the Dixie Mafia too.
Half-wit lowlifes. And, word was, he
was a cold-blooded killer.
(beat)
With a Burns, you could be guaranteed
to get stuck between a handshake and
gettin fucked, but good.
(beat)
His son aint worth a shit neither.
WINSTON
What happened after his death?
REX
He was shot, werent no witnesses. So I
got the deputies to go around and get
statements from all of the folks that
had bone to pick with him, and that was
everyone, and I mean everyone, so they
all had alibis, and it took bout two
weeks. By the end of two weeks we had
two-hundred and thirty-one statements
of alibis and no suspects. We just gave
him to the coroner and that was the end
of the matter.
WINSTON
Was there any further follow up on the
case?

REX
Hell no. Let sleeping dogs lie. Whoever
did that, Judge Parker, ought to be
given a fuckin medal.
Winston smiles against the paradox of emotions hes feeling.
WINSTON
Justice was served.
REX
Hell yes, around here things got real
quiet for at least ten years.
WINSTON
Did anything at all further happen in
that case?
REX
(self-amused)
Yes. Well, after the funeral the coffin
was taken to the cemetary, and they got
hit with sheets of rain from a big ole
thunderstorm as they was lowering the
coffin in the ground. So, the grave
diggers and everyone left, and later
that night someone backed up a concrete
truck and dumped a cubic yard of
concrete in the hole.
WINSTON
How do you know it was a cubic yard?
REX
See that mess of things on that wall?
The small one with the red frame?
Thats the bill.
TIGHT - Framed bill.
WINSTON
Is the family still around?
REX
No. After the concrete incident the
family just tucked tail and headed over
on to Northern Louisiana, Shreveport or
thereabouts. Not sure. Course, Billy
came back.
WINSTON
(eyes twinkle)
Billy might be leaving again soon.
Here, my friend, to a job well done.

When a government is dependent upon bankers for money, they and

not the leaders of the government control the situation, since

Their chief is a general of an army, not the mere father abbot
